⚠️EMOTIONAL TRAUMA RELEASE⚠️ Wait until the end to see Mark’s Mobility Move at the end to keep the spine healthy! Many of us have heard the phrase, “the body keeps the score.” While emotions aren’t literally stored in our muscles, science shows that chronic emotional stress and trauma can leave lasting patterns in the nervous system. These patterns may show up as muscle tension, postural imbalances, shallow breathing, restricted movement, or even pain. When we experience overwhelming stress, our bodies naturally shift into survival mode, fight or flight. If those responses aren’t fully resolved, the nervous system can continue to hold onto those protective patterns long after the event has passed. Over time, this can affect how we move, breathe, and feel in our bodies. Bodywork therapy offers a safe, supportive space to help unwind these patterns. Through intentional and mindful touch affecting nervous system regulation, the body can begin to relax and release out of its protective state. As tension softens, some people experience an emotional release of tears, laughter, anger, unexpected memories, or simply a deep sense of peace. Others may notice only physical relief. Every experience is different, and all are valid. Healing doesn’t always happen through talking. Sometimes the body needs the opportunity to feel safe enough to let go. This is the environment of @electronsplus MASTERMIND, a place where E+ practioners can come together not only to share but to learn, heal ourselves, and receive what we provide for our clients. 🎥 Shared with permission in hopes that someone somewhere out there can benefit from this. “Amen! God was definitely with us all weekend. And there was so much happening in my body, it was like a whole system reset! And exactly, it’s for the ones out there needed to hear and to see this testimony.” - Antoinette #electronsplus #emotions #trauma #healing #bodywork

We go through life and witness how stress, tension, and life’s burdens are often carried and sometimes stored in the body. Intentional breathing can be a simple yet powerful practice that helps quiet the mind, relax the body, and support the nervous system creating space to rest in God’s peace. Science shows that slow, mindful breathing can help calm the body’s stress response and encourage a state of rest and restoration. As believers, we can also use these moments to draw near to the Lord in prayer, gratitude, and stillness. Breathwork is not about seeking power from within ourselves. It can simply be a tool to become more aware of the body God created, to steward our health wisely, and to make space to hear His voice. May every breath remind you of the One who gave you life, sustains you by His grace, and is faithful in every season. ⚡️ ElectronsPlus MASTERMIND 📍 Scottsdale, AZ 2026 #breathwork #healingjourney #wellness #mindbodyspirit #electronsplus MASTERMIND

He survived. It was supposed to be a routine jump. Then everything went wrong. His main parachute never opened. With only seconds left, his reserve parachute deployed just 50 feet before impact, barely enough time to save his life. A fractured left femur and an ankle injury. Years of chronic pain. Compromised balance and gait issues. In a single moment, his life changed forever. Then something incredible happened. After receiving bodywork at this year’s @electronsplus MASTERMIND in Scottsdale, AZ he stood on one leg for the first time in years… a mini miracle. Hope isn’t just a feeling but sometimes, it’s standing on one leg when you thought you never would again. #veteran #airborne #electronsplus #secondchance #chronicpain

Just wrapped up an incredible weekend at the Electrons Plus Mastermind. I was surrounded by brilliant practitioners sharing real, life-changing knowledge. ⚡️🔋💡 I was all in: Learning, connecting, and soaking up wisdom from fellow healers who are just as passionate about blending science and soul. We dove deep into clinical gems such as post-op support, shoulder release, pelvic and hip flexor focus, and so much more! This is the kind of work that transforms recovery. But what moved me most? The space we made for the ✨️WooWoo✨ Because I’m realizing more and more is that I have clients that don’t just come to me for manual therapy. They come to release what’s been held: The old stories, the stored tension, the emotional weight that lives in the body. And I’m here for it! Blending precision with presence. Technique with tenderness. Evidence with energy. Grateful beyond words for the Electrons Plus family, the communities I have connected due to Electrons Plus, and for every client who trusts me to hold space for their journey. #ElectronsPlus #GuidedPEMF PS: I wish I can tag all of the E+ practitioners I met, talked with, etc. But IG only allows me 20 tags. Also, I didn't even have enough pics with all of the practitioners I connnected with. 😭
