Orla and I are in full agreement when we say that some of our favourite ceremonies are when Susan is also the planner and on the day coordinator; the reasons are endless.❤️ But don’t just take our word for it, see below for some of the highlights from my favourite testimonial from Amelia & Ari which to me sums up why Susan is just incredible at her job and if I was getting married again (don’t worry Justin) or renewing my vows, Susan would be my go to!

"I genuinely don’t know how to put into words the magic Susan created for our wedding day. She thought of things we never would have considered and made every single part of the process feel effortless. More than anything, Susan made us feel cared for. In fact, there were moments where it felt less like we were clients and more like we were her own kids getting married. The amount of genuine heart, kindness and intention she poured into our day still gets us emotional when we think about it.

But the moment that truly sums up Susan happened during our ceremony. Halfway through, I realized with absolute horror that we had forgotten our handfasting cord. Before panic could even set in, Susan calmly reached into her car and produced one she had packed… just in case. She had brought a spare handfasting cord on a hunch. That’s the level of foresight and care you’re working with. She also helped save our dream ceremony. Right before the wedding, the weather took a turn, and we were worried the outdoor ceremony we had envisioned wouldn’t be possible. Susan somehow managed to balance everyone’s safety while still holding space for our hopes, adapting to every change with grace and confidence. In the end, the weather shifted in our favor, and we got the ceremony we’d dreamed of but having Susan there made even the impossible feel possible. If that’s not fairy godmother energy, I don’t know what is. We have joked that she made us want to get married all over again just so we could work with her another time, but honestly, it’s true. There is no better feeling than getting a roll of film back from the lab (for me anyway). These were shot in March at the TLBU photography retreat organised by @alabolone. I loved it so much I’ve already signed up for the next one. Margate, you’re next ☀️

We didn’t leave our day jobs just to be stuck alone behind a screen.
We did it to build something softer. A better life — for ourselves, for our families, for our clients.

But somewhere along the way… it can get quiet. We miss the everyday colleague chatter over a cup of tea.

As creatives, we build. We feel. We overflow with ideas that don’t always have somewhere to land. And too often, no one to share them with.

This is why I created The Light Between Us.

A space for female creatives to come together. To meet. To connect. To speak freely about the work we love — without feeling like we’re too much, too niche, or “boring” our husbands at home with camera talk.

@ffgconnect Her Table Ladies Brunch - what a beautiful day it was!

Nothing about this room an accident - this is what happens when purpose and intention come together.

Each woman in the room connected to one another, some for years, some for hours, each of us built differently, special and individual - but connected all the same. Introductions were made, hugs exchanged and beautiful friendships blossomed.

Each gorgeous woman bringing something unique to ‘Her Table’, with no competition or need to prove anything, simply united through presence, sisterhood, energy and vibration.

Rooting for each other, supporting each other, uplifting each other, being open, sharing and allowing ourselves to just connect.

There was laughter, tales and tears - but not a moment spent alone with any of it! Even out bathroom@breaks were done in groups - ha!

A wonderful example of how amazing we can be together when we, women, are given a space to just ‘be’.

I coach so many women to seek spaces where they can be their favourite selves, surround themselves with people who let them lean into their most aligned version of themselves. It’s such a privilege to be able to hold and host a space like this with my amazing c-suite team @amhackettceo & @mrs_danielleforbes and our brilliant team @iam_charlene_richards @cascadebrown @_leannesullivan where I can see it happen.

Thank you to all the amazing women who made the day so truly beautiful with your presence, your energy and your joy 🩵

What an incredible evening!

In my hosting moderator mode, I had the absolute pleasure of sharing with our @ffgconnect audience, the most wonderful panel of talent and experience in our ‘Fashion Forward - In Conversation’ event at Soho House last week.

Sharing the stories and gems from @debsababio founder of @adcuratedagency / @braydon_hackett Creative Director @lewisjamesco and @karenwilliamstylist all round fabulous stylist and creator of the #FindYourFabulous movement was a moment.

When we created @forbesfamilygroup it was to shine a light on and create a platform for brilliant people like this to share with our wider community and bring connection to those we know could learn so much from them. I’m so grateful for @amhackettceo and our amazing team @iam_charlene_richards @cascadebrown and @_leannesullivan for bringing this to life on a regular basis for our FFG Connect members.

With Radar a couple of weeks away, open to our entire FFG Community - evenings like this remind me what impact we make not just for those on our stage but also those who attend these wonderful events full of inspiration, information and of course great vibes.

Can’t wait to host more fantastic guests like this from the platform we have created to the community we are building together 🩵

And this is what we love.

The wolfhounds you see in our photos and videos aren’t just part of a business — they are part of our everyday life. They walk the beaches with us, follow our little girl down boardwalks, and grow up alongside our family.

Before tours, before cameras, before bookings… there was simply this — our family, our dogs, and the Wild Atlantic Way.

These quiet moments on the beach together will always matter the most to us. Sharing the wolfhounds with people who travel from all over the world to meet them is just a small extension of the life we already live here in Clare.

Aine is one of the beautiful hearts within our Village 🤎Not only has she joined this community as a mum, but she is also generously gifting her time and talent at our Launch event by offering mothers a complimentary mini photoshoot.

There is something so powerful about being surrounded by women who genuinely want to uplift other women ✨no competition, no comparison, just kindness and support. This is what The Village is made of. Mothers who understand that when one of us rises, we all do. 🤎✨👏🏽

Our community exists to help you become the mother you could be if you truly had support around you.
