Keats’s Autumn

A rich maple pecan cookie brimming with toasted pecans and maple, topped with a generous scattering of pecans and finished with a decadent maple glaze. Warm, buttery, and unapologetically autumnal.

A golden excuse to indulge.

Shelley’s Creation

An oversized, decadently rich chocolate chip cookie made with deeply browned butter, dark brown sugar, and fragrant vanilla, packed with both mini and classic chocolate chips.

An experiment in indulgence.

Vonnegut’s Sweet Absurdity

An absurdly indulgent peanut butter cookie loaded with brown sugar, peanut butter, peanut butter chips, mini peanut butter cups and mini chocolate chips. Thick, rich, and delightfully chaotic - so it goes.

Nonsense, but make it delicious.

Wilde’s Earnest

Browned butter forms the base of this deeply flavorful cookie, studded with dark chocolate and handcrafted toffee, then finish with flakey sea salt. Decadent, complex, and unapologetically rich.

Because restraint is overrated.

Baudelaire’s Excess

A chocolate chip cookie loaded with mini chocolate chips, stuffed with creamy Nutella and a mini Kinder bar, then finished with chocolate and yet another piece of Kinder.

When enough simply isn’t enough.

Neruda’s Dulce Ode

A thick, golden churro cookie with white chocolate chips, stuffed with molten dulce de leche, coated in cinnamon sugar and topped with white chocolate drizzle and crunchy churro pieces.

A love letter in sugar and spice.

Bought @its.halfbaked ebook to learn some fun science of making cookies. Her chunky M&M cookie did not disappoint.

When I'm not knitting or crocheting, especially when cold weather hits, I go back to my first love, Baking!!! Many of you don't know but I was the baker of my family, taught by my beloved grandmother Lillian Stewart. I was fortunate to have great cooks and bakers in my family. I used to make wedding cakes and other special occasions.🎉

I'm learning to broaden my skills and whatever makes me happy. What is your secondary love?

Nothing like fresh baked cookies out of the oven. My teens asked for cookies so off I go!!! The strawberry crunch was delicious. Nothing beats the good old fashion chocolate chips!
