I came for the fizz and the paycheck… but I stayed for the late-night laughs, the growth I didn’t know I needed, and the friendships that feel like family. ✨

The products changed my life, but the people? They changed my heart.

Why You Should Drink a Protein Shake Before Coffee (Even When You Don’t Want To ☕️ → 🥤)

Moms, I get it—nothing comes between you and that first glorious sip of coffee. But hear me out: chugging caffeine on an empty stomach is like stepping on the gas with no fuel in the tank. It spikes cortisol (a.k.a. your stress hormone), leads to energy crashes, and can leave you feeling anxious, jittery, and even more exhausted later.

Here’s What Happens When You Have Protein First:
• Balances Blood Sugar → No more mid-morning energy crashes or sudden must-eat-now-or-I’ll-lose-it moments.
• Supports Hormones & Mood → Protein helps regulate cortisol, keeping stress levels in check.
• Boosts Energy Naturally → Instead of a quick caffeine jolt followed by a crash, protein gives you steady energy for hours.
• Reduces Cravings & Overeating → You’re less likely to reach for that second (or third) coffee or sugary snacks.

Why Switch from Coffee to Matcha or Green Tea?

If you really want to level up, consider swapping coffee for matcha or green tea fizz, which gives you a smoother, more sustained energy boost without the crash.

☕️ Coffee: Quick energy → Cortisol spike → Jitters → Crash → Repeat
🍵 Matcha/Green Tea Fizz: Gentle caffeine → L-theanine (a calming amino acid) → Focused energy → No crash

How to Make It Work (Even When You Just Want Coffee ASAP)

✅ Step 1: Make a quick protein shake (simple: protein powder + any milk or water).
✅ Step 2: Drink it before your caffeine (yes, even if you don’t feel like it—your body will thank you).
✅ Step 3: Try matcha or green tea fizz a few days a week and notice the difference in your mood, energy, and cravings.

This tiny change can make huge shifts in your energy, stress levels, and overall health. Try it for a week and see how you feel!
