Why not turn your long run into a music video? 😂💛🎬

4 hours later, hunger and dehydration caught up with us and we decided our music video careers were over for the day. 😂

Barely got enough footage to piece this together, but the running vibes were there and that’s what counts. 🏃‍♀️💃

@nikerunning matching fits 👯‍♀️

Are we thinking a part 2 or should we stick to running? 👀😂

feeling low? need a reset? time to go running. raise those dopamine levels. one stride at a time ✨
w/ @its_cdolphfit

When life feels heavy, running can be a quiet rebellion. Lacing up is a promise to yourself, a reminder that you can rise above what weighs you down. With every step, you shed a little darkness, your breath syncing to the rhythm of resilience. Dopamine flows, worries fade, and you reconnect with a part of yourself that’s powerful and untouchable. One stride at a time, you run toward healing.

Runners often report feeling happier, and a big part of that may be due to elevated baseline dopamine levels from regular running. Aerobic exercise like running has been shown to stimulate dopamine production and increase receptor sensitivity over time, which can improve mood, motivation, and resilience. This means that consistent runners often have a more stable and elevated mood than non-runners, making them feel more positive and energized even outside of their workouts.

After a run, dopamine levels increase and can remain elevated for 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the run’s intensity, duration, and individual factors like fitness and baseline dopamine levels. This surge in dopamine contributes to the well-known “runner’s high,” which can enhance mood, focus, and motivation. Regular running or other aerobic exercise doesn’t just boost dopamine temporarily; over time, it may raise baseline dopamine levels, leading to long-term improvements in mood, mental clarity, and resilience.

Running makes me a better person. Simple as that.😅☀️ @its_cdolphfit

Running is more than a physical act—it’s a way to cleanse the mind. With every step, the weight of anger and stress slowly falls away, leaving behind clarity and calm. It’s a place where frustration gives way to peace, where the world quiets, and the mind finds its balance. In those moments, the urge to lash out transforms into a sense of control and understanding. Running doesn’t just strengthen the body—it heals the spirit, turning rage into resilience and replacing chaos with stillness. Every mile is a journey back to yourself. 🏃‍♀️ #mindfulmiles

4 principles to live by ✅ w/ @its_cdolphfit

“Life’s magic is in showing up fully and embracing the little things. It’s the quiet moments, the small victories, and the simple joys that shape us. When we learn to appreciate the present, we discover that those little things are the big things after all. #ShowUpForLife #EmbraceTheSmallMoments #GratitudeInTheEveryday”

I’ve learned that placing hope and dreams solely on outcomes can lead to disappointment and frustration. Outcomes are often influenced by factors beyond our control, which can create a sense of helplessness when things don’t go as planned. Instead, focusing on the journey encourages resilience and adaptability, allowing you to find value in the experiences and lessons learned along the way. By shifting your mindset to appreciate the process, you cultivate a deeper sense of fulfillment, finding joy in growth and discovery rather than in a specific end result. This approach nurtures a healthier relationship with your aspirations, helping you remain motivated and engaged regardless of the outcome.In running, the finish line is just a moment; it’s the miles in between that teach us resilience, gratitude, and the joy of being fully present. ✨#embracethejourney

Running is a conversation with your soul. It’s where your limits are tested and your spirit is set free. Each stride breaks down walls, reshapes your perspective and reconnects you to your essence. In the silence of your run, you find the loudest truths - strength in struggle, peace in motion and growth in every mile. It’s not just exercise; it’s transformation. Every step is a choice to push past limits, to grow through discomfort and to connect with the deepest parts of yourself. It’s not about distance or time- it’s about discovering you are when everything else falls away. ✨🏃🏻‍♀️
