We wanna give YYUUGGGEEE shout out to our client Shannon!!

Shannon is an incredibly hardworking and dedicated client. Throughout our time together, she has consistently shown up, put in the work, and made impressive progress. She has grown significantly stronger, and her confidence in the weight room has increased tremendously—something I’m so proud to witness.

Over the past couple of years, Shannon and I have built a strong trainer-client relationship rooted in trust and commitment. Her confidence in me to guide her toward her goals means more than I can express, and I’m truly grateful for it. Her dedication and growth show every single day, and her progress speaks for itself.

Thanks for choosing to be part of The LAB family and changing not only your life, but ours as well!!

A STRONG New Chapter at The Lab!

Change is in the air — and with it comes opportunity for growth.

✨ Ariylah LaFrance – General Manager
✨ Tye Morrison – Head Strength and Conditioning Coach

These two leaders are stepping up to carry forward many of the roles that have shaped The Lab into what it is today.

Ariyah’s leadership and dedication have long kept our operations running with excellence — her promotion to General Manager was an easy call.

And when it came to guiding and designing our classes, Tye stood out as the only choice — the leader who will inspire, motivate, and push our members forward.

Join us in congratulating Ariyah and Tye as they lead The Lab into this next chapter with passion and purpose.

Drop a 👏 or ❤️ below to show your support!
