Grown men, tight schedules, one karaoke stage, and zero stress. That’s what happened when @itsboye got us all in one room.

Thank you for making the time to bring men together just to sing, laugh, and enjoy ourselves. In a season where everyone is chasing something, you reminded us that rest and good company matter too. Some of us were off key, some of us were surprisingly good, and all of us left happier. 😄

Had a really good time at Bro, Are You Okay? Vol 2, showing up for my guy @itsboye enjoying some good music, and spending time with some lovely people.

More than the fun, I love seeing this grow into something meaningful. Men’s mental health deserves the conversation, the attention, and the space to be taken seriously.

Glad I could be part of this one.

Three weeks ago, I had the honour of co-hosting the very first edition of The Unplugged Table with @audacious_victorandrew

It was an evening of honest conversations, vulnerability, laughter, games and genuine connection. A space for men to put down the phones, drop the armour and simply be human.

I’m incredibly proud to have been part of the beginning of something so intentional, and grateful for the opportunity to share the table with such an amazing group of men.

And to my best friend, Boye, congratulations on bringing this vision to life. I’m so proud of you and excited for all that’s ahead. Here’s to many more tables. 🥂

I organized my first commutable event and it was a success. From planning to execution to guests and my team. I couldn’t have asked for a better one. This experience was top tier and I’m excited to share news about volume 2 to be announced later this week.

Reborn.

I used to think strength meant never showing the cracks. Now I know real strength is choosing to grow even when nobody’s clapping for you.

@temilade.ladejobi once asked me during the recent event by @itsbayo.ng: What is a small personal victory you achieved recently that no one else clapped for?

My answer was simple. It’s waking up every single morning, getting my mind right before the world gets a say in it, and looking myself in the mirror long enough to remember what I’m chasing. No applause. No audience. Just me, showing up for me — again and again, until it becomes who I am.

This photo isn’t just a look — it’s proof that becoming is possible, quietly, one unclapped-for morning at a time.

The Unplugged Table // Vol. 1 — this was different.

No agenda pretending to be a networking event. No forced small talk. Just a table full of men — different industries, different journeys — actually talking. Career, pressure, relationships, the stuff we usually save for 2am voice notes to one bro we trust.

There’s something about sitting shoulder to shoulder with men who nod because they’ve been there too. No explaining yourself twice. No performing okay.

Huge thank you to the founder @itsboye for building a space like this — one that says “bring your real self” and actually means it. Not every room does that. This one did.

If you’re a man reading this thinking “that sounds like something I need” — trust that instinct. That’s usually the first sign you’ve been carrying more than you’ve let on.

Vol. 2 is coming. Get your seat at the table early. You’ll leave lighter than you came.

Bro, are you okay? Ask him. Ask yourself. Then come find out what it’s like when the answer is finally honest.
