Portrait of Helena Modrzejewska (Modjeska) in a theatre costume, 1871. I ran the photos through the scratch reduction app. (Tried the colorized at the end) The green dress is a recreation of her gown in the photo. (UsReconstruction by Marek Ziętek © Muzeum Pałac w Wilanowie I also am not just crediting the museum but also where I found it at itsbeyondmycontrol.com vintage fashion blog. @itsbeyondmycontrol I don’t know how she found the photos on the museum website because I couldn’t….or anywhere else for that matter lol. #victorianpoland#victorianera#victoriancostume#victoriandress#vintagestyle#1870s#theatrecostume#helenamodrzejewska#oldphotos#victoriana#victorianportrait#vintagephotography#bustledress#victorianjewelry#historicalfashion#victorianhairstyle#victorianhairstyles
