THE BEST salted date caramel (even when you mess it up 🤣) inspired by @itsbrookedarwin

I should have blended the dates first like Brooke… but I didn’t 😅
Still turned into the most dreamy, salty-sweet date caramel, so I’m calling it a win.

✨ Ingredients:
• 4 cups Medjool dates
• Boiling water to cover
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 tbsp butter
