🎶 My Girlfriends 🎶 it’s the type of competition that makes us each be in competition with each other and not in competition against each other for me 🙌🏾🎉💖

As women I feel like society has for a long time made us believe that there was a scarcity that exist when it comes to how many women can climb to the top, or how many women can be in the boardroom, or just win!!! This to me has defined how we view the word “competition”. Competition isn’t the problem but how it’s been defined for us is.

I myself have probably drank the kool-aid in the past incorrectly thinking that well maybe this is true especially when in corporate America and seeing that there weren’t many of us there but I’m so glad that life’s experiences have taught me differently and that I have been smothered and surrounded by women that know and show that we can each stand in our light, our power, and our unique gift and it does nothing but make the world a brighter place for us all.

This weekend was such a great reminder of that as the world watched women show up not just for the country but for each other. Thank you to every single woman that has always lifted as they climbed and that have pushed me directly or indirectly to be better.

Take some time today to love on a woman you admire or who inspires you; my guess is that she probably could use it. At the end of the day no matter how strong you are we all desire to be seen, understood and embraced for nothing more than just who we are (flawed and all) and how we are courageously daring to show up each and everyday!

(I couldn’t tag all of the fierce females I know cause IG won’t let me be great but that is a blessing that there are so many.) 🙏🏽💖

BE IN THE ROOM! Sometimes you just have to show up and be in the room. 🙌🏾🎉 That’s where the magic happens! This year we charged our attendees with showing up to #create2innovate in their businesses, in their life and in their relationships. We must push beyond our own boundaries and borders that we try to keep ourselves boxed in and pigeon held to. Each one of us is unique and wonderfully made but it’s up to us to recognize it and tap into that divine source. Look inward! That’s where your power comes from!!!
•
Thank you to our amazing team of design creatives who executed flawlessly the #create2innovate vibe. It was indeed an ENTIRE vibe y’all! 🙌🏾💙 #tpslive2020

#wcw You can always tell who the strong women are.
•
They are the ones you see building one another up. Instead of tearing each other down. 🙌🏾❤️ (not pictured but loved immensely @anitafendall )
