✨I did a thing…

I’m officially a Fascial Stretch Therapist, and it’s taken me a full week for that to truly sink in.

After nearly two decades in the fitness world, the last few years have been a deep dive into the power of the breath- and now, I feel like I’ve come full circle, back to the body.

This certification isn’t just a title—it’s a transformation.

Much like Fascial Stretch Therapy itself—designed to create space, relieve tension, and release what’s tight—it’s done exactly that for my soul.

It has expanded me: mind, heart, and spirit. Writing this brings me to tears, because it’s more than a modality—it’s a remembering. We are MORE than our bodies. We are energetic beings navigating this human experience.

My intention isn’t just to KNOW this work—but to EMBODY it. Even through the hard.

This week was one of the most challenging I’ve faced—and also one of the most impactful. I was met with souls who have forever left an imprint on mine. Thank you to everyone who held space, challenged me, laughed and cried with me. You’ve changed me.

For now, I’ll be slowly integrating this new offering into my schedule and will be releasing time slots soon. At this stage, I’m only opening availability to current clients as I settle into this new rhythm.

Here’s to more expansion—from the inside out. 🤍

Listen Linda….not every gym day is cute
It’s not always a matching set, edges laid, and mirror selfies. (Those people are not me, i don’t own a matching gym set 🤭🤣)

Sometimes? It’s messy, like snot nosed cry messy, big bad words chipping messy.
Sometimes I show up running on fumes.
And sometimes—like in this video—I break down mid-set because life is lifing from all angles and I’m still trying to push through it. My ducks were definitely all over the place that day 😩

That moment at the end? Yeah….That was me giving everything I had… and then some.

Once upon a time Going to the gym was all about the aesthetics—Now, it’s about not giving up on me…… it’s also therapy.

To anyone struggling to show up:
I see you. I am you. Keep going.
