FLORENCE, AL - Ever tried a MULAS or BIRRIA TACO? If not, Rancho in Downtown Florence is a great place to start!

A mula is a crispy, cheesy tortilla loaded with meat and all the good stuff, kind of like a quesadilla meets a taco. 🤤

Birria tacos are packed with slow-cooked, tender, seasoned beef, tucked into tortillas dipped in flavorful red consommé and grilled until crispy. Make sure you dip them in that rich consommé broth before every bite.

Both have become hugely popular for a reason. Crispy tortillas, melted cheese, tender meat, and BIG flavor. 🔥
