An incredible weekend for the EDA crew!!

Manchester marathon we had 4 runners, 1 at Rotherham 50 miler and 1 at Lincoln half marathon.

There’s nothing more satisfying for a coach than providing the tools, educating on how to use them and watching you guys execute.

Super proud of each and every one of our clients, this weekend it was the 6 here who showed up, delivered the goods and seeing them blown away by their achievements is the best part about this job.

Right from when they reach out sign up, for me it’s personal, I’m going to go above and beyond to ensure you achieve everything you come here for.

I never take any of this for granted which is what keeps me waking up every single day hungry for more!

💪 Leading by example - this is what 14 weeks of consistency looks like.

Huge shoutout to our very own PT @itsjustluce_ for sharing her journey with us.

14 weeks. 6kg down. Diet phase complete. 👏

And the best bit? No extreme measures. No perfection. Just showing up, ticking off the basics every single day and trusting the process.
