I’m delighted to announce that Harp from @therub_bbq will be joining us at the next #Plated event at @rest_ember in Wellingborough on Monday 9th November.

Harp will be getting creative over live fire, bringing together incredible flavours, textures and that unmistakable Rubbed magic to serve up some seriously exciting dishes.
We’re so happy to welcome you back, Harp. The team can’t wait to see what you have in store.

There’s still room for one more chef, as well as suppliers and networkers who’d like to join us for a day of great food, fresh connections and plenty of inspiration.
Fancy being part of it? Get in touch at Majella@pavlovaandcream.com or send me a DM.

We’d love to welcome you. 🍽️

Now THIS is how you do a shawarma steak kebab! @itskraigy's stunning dish captured at the September #Plated event at @rest_ember
@steakkinguk Wagyu Steak, dusted with @angusandoink Shawarma Seasoning, drizzled with handmade garlic and chilli sauce, and finished with those gorgeous micro herbs from @koppertcressuk added using @cheffyn.co.uk tweezers.
All served on @scharglutenfreeuk gluten-free flatbread, presented on @bespoke77ltd crockery. A brilliant coming together of fantastic ingredients, talented people and a little creative magic.

This is exactly what #Plated is all about, bringing chefs, suppliers and food lovers together to create, share ideas and make great things happen.

We're heading back to Ember in just three weeks and there's still time to get involved. Whether you're a chef who loves getting creative, a supplier with fantastic products to share, or simply someone who loves great food and good company, wed love to see you there.

Come along, make new connections, get inspired and be part of an epic day.
Send me an email majella@pavlovaandcream.com or a DM or to find out more.

What do you think of this?

Big love to the Pit Head Chef and Pitmasters @chekkychef & @thethreesevens - legends 🤘🔥

@platedbypavlovaandcream have just announced their next #Plated event at @rest_ember. Last time they were there, I was lucky enough to go down and meet some fantastic people. 🙌

Near the end of the day, Majella throws me in the kitchen, and tells me to cook something 😳

When there’s only a 1.5kg M9 Wagyu T-Bone from @steakkinguk left, you know we had to throw shapes 😏With just a box of ingredients, some amazing garnish from @koppertcressuk, & some beautiful plates from @bespoke77ltd, knocked up this ⬆️

M9 Wagyu T-Bone Steak from @steakkinguk 🥩
Plum, Blackberry, & Red Wine Sauce 🍷
Pumpkin Crisps 🎃
Grapes, Figs
Flowers from @koppertcressuk 🌸

If you’re interested in the next event at the start of November, drop @platedbypavlovaandcream a DM!! 🙌

Also blessed to be able to share Ember’s unbelievably @leviathanpits with @itskraigy ❤️🔥

We asked the wedding suppliers at Rushton Hall Hotel’s Wedding Show today one very important question… 😂

What wedding songs are you completely sick of hearing?

Our DJ Kraigy went around and got the answers… and there are definitely a few repeat offenders 👀🎶

Do you agree with them? And which wedding song would you happily never hear again? 😂

Here’s one of the dishes from the #Plated at Ember in early September that really showed what can happen when great ingredients, creativity and collaboration come together.

@theforagingchef_ created this stunning venison tartare with hen of the woods garum, dandelion marmalade ricotta and a @koppertcressuk sea herb salad, all sitting beautifully on @scharglutenfreeuk brioche.

I loved the inventive use of the Schär brioche. Rather than simply serving it alongside the dish, it became the base for the tartare, creating a completely different way to use the product.

The finishing touches were added using @cheffyn.co.uk tools, before the dish was served in this stunning bowl from @bespoke77ltd Bringing together another layer of collaboration from some of the brilliant partners involved in #Plated.

It’s exactly what these days are about: chefs taking ingredients, products and inspiration from our partners, adding their own ideas and creating something that feels completely their own.

Bon Appetit!🍽️

Honoured to be at @mabon.wales this weekend, sharing the stage with the legend @bignathsbbq 🔥
We’re going to be butchering a whole Fallow buck, and cooking some ridiculously good steaks from it 🤩🥩🦌
Catch us on the Blaze Demo Stage at 7pm on Saturday!
Massive thanks to @samandshaunaofficial for making it happen!

A few weeks ago we catered the wedding of @mattringrose101 & @handmade_by_hettie ❤️🔥

We had such a good time and it was genuinely lovely to be a part of their special day 🫶

We started with canapés:
💨 Smoked Beef Rib Focaccia with @johnnys.uk Chipotle & Black Pepper Mustard
🍗 Chicken Nuggets with Aioli
🍁 Maple Glazed Pigs in Blankets
🧀 Cheddar & Caramelised Onion Focaccia
🍄 Greek Style Mushrooms

The main service consisted of Roast Pork Cobs & Rare Sirloin Cobs 🐖🥩🤩

And 3 mega cheeseboards in the style of this one ⬆️ to keep people going well into the evening! 🕺

As always, we got 0 photos during service 😂 and didn’t get time to change after the stunning ceremony 😍 but had an amazing time.

The family all piled in to help out and it was great to work with @callum_ringrose & @ciaran_ringy couldn’t do it without you boys 🫶

Congrats to the Matt & Hett, thanks for being amazing.

@fireflybbq chicken wings 🔥

Trying a new style of content here and getting my ugly mug on camera more. Legends like @meatsmith_ @bbqwithjake and @itskraigy have been making INSANE content and have inspired me to try this out 🙏 thank you brothers!

Cooked on my @kamadojoeuk Classic II alongside their basting pot and brush for easy flavour enhancement 🙌🏻

Temperature checked with my @typhur_uk hand held temperature probe 🤙🏻
