What else do you do when there’s a hold-up on the 16th hole? FLOW! ⛳️🧘‍♀️

So much fun teaching this balance sequence this week. I asked my classes the question: “How do you speak to yourself when you feel unsteady?”

I’ve been coming out of a very busy summer season while also navigating a lot of growth and learning in my career, and lately, I’ve felt a little off balance myself.

Growth isn’t always graceful. Sometimes we wobble, overthink, get frustrated, or don’t handle things perfectly. But **I am still worthy of my own compassion and kindness while I’m figuring it out.** How we speak to ourselves in those unsteady moments matters.

This flow has been a practice in opening my heart and hips, surrendering what I can’t control, and returning to what I can: my attitude and my effort.

Inspired by taking my friends’ classes this week ( @sarah.reed.schroeder @itslaurencannon ) and reminded, once again, how much this practice can ground us, even when the floor beneath us feels a little shaky. 🤍

After today, another ‘Boa’ in the books ✨💚

I feel so honored to have spent most of my career dancing, partnering, connecting, and helping showcase all of these beautiful, talented women in the iconic Ozdust Ballroom. It’s hard to describe a connection and communication that transcends words onstage through our bodies and twinkly eye contact.

Congratulations to my gorgeous Reagan on such a wonderful run here in Munchkinland. I am so honored to have shared this experience with you. The time has come for you to continue shining and dazzling audiences but under the Broadway lights at the Gershwin. Wishing you all the love and success that comes your way. Until we dance again, 🤍🖤

Creative sequencing is one of my favorite parts of designing a yoga class ✨

I loved teaching this progression of supported side plank • fallen triangle • wild thing for my final class in my elements series. We ended in *ether* with awareness centered on Vishuddha, or throat chakra, calling for expansion and creative expression 🩵
