Coffs Harbour didn’t know what it was in for!

Huge shout out to @allwallsfestival for finding 8 walls to be transformed by 8 artists in Coffs CBD!

And big thanks to @wattylpaint for supplying the colours! 🎨

LITTLER

I’m opening up a few spots for A3 + A2 sized paintings! 🎨

Couple of things: Firstly, this is the cost effective alternative to having a mural painted by me in your space, and as a bonus, you can take a “mini mural” with you when you relocate!

(Also a tax write~off in some circumstances 😉)

Secondly, I’ve actually missed painting smaller work so I’ll thoroughly enjoy painting something for you! 🥹

If you’ve been wanting something painted by me, but haven’t had the space, budget or commitment for a mural, this is for you!

Chat soon 🙌🏼

If you have been into our clinic in the last few weeks you would have noticed our new BEAUTIFUL mural that was designed and painted by the amazing @soultripsss … Every detail and colour has been so carefully thought out to match the happy and playful feelings we want everyone who walks up our stairs to feel ☀️🌸🌊

Compassion

“Compassion is simply acknowledging that someone is going through it and not letting it affect you”

So treat people with compassion.

Or like their you’re next client 😜

MONSTER

Monstera leaves have some kind of magical magnetism for me. They remind me of dinosaurs when I see them growing in the wild, and they calm me when I have them in my living space ❤️

Also @soultripsss leading design element in most of the work we do 🌿

ARE YOU AWARE OF WHAT YOU CREATE?

I wonder how many of you realise just how much of a massive impact you have on someone’s life…? From the words you say, the things you do or the action you take IE: what you consciously or unconsciously express into the world, in a myriad of ways.

How many of you does that scare with this remembering? How many of you does it motivate again? And what will you do now with this knowledge…?

Watch your tongue!

Bit of a reflection of what I’ve been contemplating and seeing in my world recently**

2022…

Has set me up to have the most revealing, satisfying and truly peaceful years ever in 2023.

Which means all I have is love and gratitude for 2022, no matter how gut wrenchingly hard parts of it were ❤️

Also forgot to share this mural from November? In the Hunter Valley again 🌷

Valentino

it’d be lovely if this project happened closer to 14/2, but it was still a blast to duck in and out of Lake Mac 🎨

think ill have space for ONE more mural before 2023, give me a yell if you’d like that spot 🙏🏼

Our Central Coast Community Garden, looked after by our amazing volunteer Amy, has just had a facelift thanks to local artists Soul Trips.

In conjunction with the local council and artistic duo Soul Trips, Dot & Matt designed this beautiful mural to compliment our garden.

Do you live on the Central Coast, NSW? Why not check it out in person!

Garden is located @ The Entrance community centre, The Entrance.

I much prefer taking photos of myself eating pizza and fresh gardenias than when I’m doing yoga or entrepreneuring in a cafe, although I’ll likely do that too
