Larissa a three-time surrogate and her first reason for looking into it wasn’t a stranger’s story, it was a promise she made to her aunt as a teenager.
“I told her, when I’m old enough, I’ll carry a baby for you.”

Today was a special day. 💛

At @itsnascency, we had three embryo transfers and a medical screening happening across San Diego. I had the privilege of meeting two of our intended families and four of our incredible surrogates in person while serving as the unofficial food, goodies, and good-cheer delivery fairy. 🧚✨

These transfer days never get old.

Meeting the women who are making such an extraordinary gift possible, alongside the intended families who have often traveled so far and endured so much to reach this moment, is one of the greatest privileges of this work.

Our Journey Success team knows how much heart, planning, coordination, and hope goes into every transfer. Seeing everyone come together to help build families is incredibly inspiring, and it’s an honor to play even a small part.

Sending all the fluffy, sticky thoughts to today’s amazing ladies. 💛✨

Halfway through our 2026 event tour and we’re feeling it! ♥️🫶🏻

Dallas. Chicago. New York. Three cities, 24+ hours of programming and connection, and 55 future parents who took their first real step toward building their family in a room with people who get it.

That last part is what keeps us going. Family building is hard to navigate alone. It’s a lot less heavy when you’re standing next to someone who’s been there, or someone walking the same path right beside you.
