What if you stopped asking, “Do I deserve this?” and started asking, “Why don’t I?”

You deserve to be taken care of.
You deserve to take care of yourself.
You deserve to feel good.

And when you catch yourself believing you don’t deserve care, support, rest, or good thing, pause and question where that belief came from.

You don’t have to earn your right to take care of yourself.

Save this for piece of advice from @itsnotmuss for a day you need the reminder and tune into this conversation for me 🫶
