💥Part 2 – HYROX Miami Prep with the doubles team @dr.dansilva and @joshuagreenbaum💥 Today they were joined by some of the Miami Crew for a track session before the PRT x Resilience Run Club 🏃🏼 Running is 50% of the battle in a HYROX race, so dialing in our pace, efficiency, and building that engine is key!
