Two appointments ago 🫶🏽 Belly is a lot bigger now but I’ve been meaning to fill you in a bit about my birth preferences and where we’re intending on bringing baby girl into the world! 🩷

@fullcirclebirthcenter is so cozy & vibey…nowhere else I’d rather be for this magical, miraculous, spiritual & sacred journey ✨

Unfortunately, a lot of people leave certifications not feeling fully confident or prepared to actually lead, so they don’t. And it turns into just another program they spent money on 🫠

But not here.

One thing we hear all the time from our students is… “I’ve taken many other certifications, and I’ve never felt this confident and ready.”

And they graduate with events already lined up, private sessions booked, clients on waitlists, and retreats in the works!

We set them up for this kind of success because we know confidence doesn’t come from just information.

It comes from practice and putting in the reps.
Moving through your own inner work.
Taking the mic and sharing your gifts.
Stepping outside of your comfort zone to become the leader you’re know you’re meant to be 🙌

And our students learn more than just the Breathwork technique(s) itself.

They learn our intentional framework for creating cohesive, transformational experiences from start to finish and strategies to share these offerings.

They facilitate 1:1’s, groups, virtually, and in-person in the program so when they graduate, they know how to do it ALL.

People constantly tell our grads they can immediately FEEL the difference when attending an experience that’s led by a RESET Breathwork® facilitator.

And that’s because in this training, you become not only a Breathwork facilitator, but a powerful leader who:

✔️ Holds deep spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported
✔️ Trusts their voice and intuition
✔️ Creates life-changing experiences that help people break through what years of therapy often can’t touch
✔️ Is grounded to take people to depths they haven’t gone before
✔️ Owns their gifts + teaches in their own unique way
✔️ Leads with both heart and structure so people feel held from start to finish
✔️ Builds authentic relationships + community
✔️ Becomes the kind of facilitator people instantly trust + refer others to

If you want a training that truly prepares you to hold space for life-changing client results with confidence and take your impact + success to the next level…

🙏 DM us “FACILITATOR” for the details and next steps to claim one of the last few spots!

Hi, welcome! I’ve decided to share more of the human in me and be real with you all! 👋🏻

In our retreats we welcome all of you, the raw, unfiltered, the messy, unapologetic, the mistakes and the wounds.

So I’ve decided to do the same and show that life isn’t always kittens and rainbows, there’s always things we’re all working through

PS- if this is your vibe, connecting with sisters vulnerably and authentically in a safe space, then you’re in the right place!

Comment ESSENCE and I’ll send you details to our next retreat in Costa Rica this Feb!

Come be let your walls down, be held and feel the freedom of no more performing!

Is it next Feb yet?!

Our retreats are not only an incredible winter getaway, they are LIFE-giving and just about the only vacation you’ll come home from feeling more energized, rested, renewed and connected back to yourself than maybe ever!

We love announcing these retreats far out to give lots of time for flexible payment plans, but the closer we get to the retreat the more the monthly plans shift.

If your soul has been calling you to one of our retreats for a while, it’s probably time to listen to that intuitive nudge!

We’re already one-third sold out and currently on 8 month payment plans.

We know this one will be the most special yet being our 5th and just witnessing how much this experience has evolved to be the absolute best since the beginning!

All details are in our bio for February’s experience or comment ESSENCE and we’ll reach out to you! 🌬️👯‍♀️🎉🌊
