It's officially a year since I've ventured off from the corporate gym life and started my own business.

Throughout the year of 2023, I was blessed to train and change the lives of so many amazing people. I was also blessed to move into my first home at the age of 23.

Fitness is my passion. Growing up playing sports since I was 6. Earning three state rings in high school and going to nationals three times as a track athlete. I was offered to play in college but I knew God had a different calling on my life. From going to college to dropping out to join the military and now finishing my degree this summer. I dont regret anything, and being able to help so many people doing what I love means the world to me.

So thankful for everyone who has poured positive energy my way and supported me. Much love to ALL my clients, yall the real MVP's. Its only up from here! Thank you Lord for continuing to bless me🥺🙏🏾
