** I am still a little nervous to post this but here we go 🤷🏾‍♀️

September 2025 - September 2026

Grief, loss, postpartum, life changes, and everything else you can imagine attributed to the photo on the left. I decided to get my shit together and walk into the person I knew again. It was time. I locked in. No excuses, just results. The change wasn’t just physically. It was emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as well. I have to be the best version of myself for myself, my son, and everyone else around me that I love.
I’m so mfn proud of me! Just know, if I can, you can too! Find time. Give yourself grace. Show up when you don’t feel like it. It’ll pay off eventually, I promise.

To more life. To more progress. To being a healthier me!

Just a snippet of how Saturday went, Let Em Cook vol 4 was a MOVIE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Shoutout to my brother @ayyechefcooley for having me 💜 Every time he invited me, I was already busy every single time and he could’ve easily gave up and moved on to another coach, but he didn’t and I’m grateful for that. He was an amazing host and definitely showed us a great time.

For those that don’t know, auntie is a retired coach & stepper…so every time I actually pop back out the love is very much appreciated 🥹❌ This was my second time touching a mic this entire year since teaching at Master Experience and it was most DEF worth me coming back out of retirement. The Xtreme family bond is like NO other. There’s nothing like feeling the energy and love in the room at an event. Nobody does it better than Xtreme 😝

Anyway, here’s a snippet of us doing what we do best…CUTTING UP 🤣 @stepwithgab on the mic showing no mercy per usual 🥵🥵🥵 you and @yames_11 are the coolest and it was a pleasure sharing the mic with yall!

Until next time… auntie back out ✌🏾🩵

Have you ever stepped w/tears in yo eyes?!? 🥹
18 months in the making lead to this super dope moment. Proud is an understatement….James you are EXACTLY who you think you are and I love being apart of your journey.

Cousin-THANK YOU for having him, it meant more than you know.

KILLEEN-y’all absolutely are the dopest, flyest, BIGGEST XHH STEPPAS and ALWAYS UNDERSTAND THE ASSIGNMENT!!

When my time ends with Xtreme one day, I know I’ve done my part and left my mark in the most positive and truly special way.

It has been over a year since I’ve done a challenge. I’ve lost a lot of confidence in myself on the board. Today, I decided to just have fun and see what would happen! This was such a fun challenge so shoutout to @sothats_shay and @_kelliebri ❤️🔥
