Out on a Sunday?! Who even are we? 🤣💃

Sometimes you just need your girls, good music, a little dance, and a reminder that you’ve still got it ❤️

Yes, we’re all mums
Yes, we’re up at the crack of dawn hearing ‘Muuum can i have a snack’ 😂

But let’s normalise mums still having personalities outside of motherhood ✨

Motherhood is a huge part of who we are, but it isn’t all we are!

I love these ladies! Good friends, good vibes, always 🫶🏻

We are celebrating 10 years of legacy this year! Award notifications are going out to recipients this week 🎊.

Let’s take you down memory lane with some of the amazing women we have met and whose impact we have celebrated over the years through our award ceremony.

The mantra of She Is Royal is “Unleashing Crowns” and each year during our annual conference we take a special moment to do just that.

Truly amazing to see how this women continue to flourish and many years on they are still doing incredible things in their spheres.

Sisterhood is uplifting each other and celebrating one another. We can’t wait to do just that once again this year!

Join us at the place where Queens are made and celebrated.

Safe to say April looked like a bit of everything. ✨

Celebrating friends, some family time, everyday mum life, and getting out for my daily walks. 🎉❤️👟✨

Nothing perfect… just real life, and actually quite a good one. 🥰

April, you were everything 🤍✨

A month of turning 40, soaking up love, laughter, and all the little moments that matter most.

From time with my baby, to memories with friends, to just feeling grateful for it all… this chapter already feels full in the best way.

Here’s to 40 and flourishing 🥂💫

If you’re a parent or carer this is for you.

We’re hosting a FREE Pilates Party on for our community Saturday 25th April in collaboration with @reform.yourselfpilates. We have some spaces so we’re opening it up to other parents & carers!

Don’t worry if you’ve never tried pilates before, this is for all abilities. Sessions run from 2pm to 6pm in small, intimate groups so everyone gets the most out of it.

We’ll also have a breakout space throughout the afternoon because this is about more than just movement. It’s about connection, breathing, and having a moment that’s just for you.

If you’d like to join us drop a 💛 and we’ll sign you up.
Spaces are very limited so grab yours now.
