Scaling operations doesn’t mean losing the personal touch; it means getting smarter with how you handle the volume. 📈

@itstheflashpack, the London studio behind photo booth experiences for the Oscars, Netflix, and MrBeast, manages 40 to 50 active installations and around 4,000 daily interactions. To keep operations running smoothly, they deployed a two-agent system:
The Visitor Agent: Handles initial front-facing interactions.
The Client Agent: Manages more complex, client-facing inquiries.

The game-changer?

Even when issues escalate to the human team, they arrive with all the relevant context ready, dramatically reducing response and ticket resolution times.

Customer support teams shouldn’t have to absorb the brunt of frustrated messages. 🛡️

@itstheflashpack , the London studio behind photo booth experiences for the Oscars, Netflix, and MrBeast, mapped out their inbound visitor inquiries and found almost all of them were about money.

To fix this, they designed a visitor-facing AI agent with SleekFlow to handle refunds start to finish. It leads with the reassurance most cases need (unsettled payments fall off within three days), and when a real charge lands, it collects the details and routes the case straight to finance.

In one instance, a visitor was rude to the AI five times in a row. It never escalated, never lost patience. It just kept calmly restating the fix until the issue resolved itself.

By letting AI absorb the hard conversations, The Flash Pack’s team stays focused on high-value work, while the AI ensures every visitor is taken care of.

1 year at Flash Pack! 🎉⚡️📸

What a wild, wonderful year it’s been — packed with events, adventures, and memories I’ll never forget.

✈️ 🇺🇸🇪🇸🇫🇷🇯🇵🇬🇧🇮🇪 ✈️
Work has taken me from one amazing place to the next… and even helped me discover my all-time fave Ben & Jerry’s flavour in LA (Lights, Caramel, Action!). 🍦✨📸

I’m no content creator, but I made a little video to mark the milestone — here’s to more magic and maybe more ice cream too.
