✨ HOW TO: Bantu Knot Out

📌 SAVE & SHARE ↗️

Hi Loves! Bantu knots for the win! Here is how I use Bantu knots to extend my hairstyle before wash day #tlhairtip

Bantu knots work really well on old stretched hair to give a very fluffy and voluminous look with body and waves.

I like to twist my hair and then put the twists in Bantu knots. It is easier for me to install and keep them in this way. It’s also easier for me to take them down and unravel without losing definition.

Do you do Bantu knots to help extend your hairstyle? If not, let me know if you would try this.

✨3 WAYS BORIC ACID SUPPORTS VAGINAL HEALTH✨

Hi Loves! As a woman, it’s very important to take care of your vaginal health.

I received this @phdfemininehealth Boric Acid Feminine Foam Wash in my June @cocotique subscription box and it has changed the way I view boric acid products.

Did you know that Boric acid

- Reduces and eliminates vaginal odor

-Helps balance the pH of your vagina after your menstrual cycle

-Treats vaginal yeast infections

The @phdfemininehealth Boric Acid Feminine wash is very gentle and has a very refreshing sensation after use. It leaves me feeling fresh and does not irritate my skin in any way.

Shout out to @cocotique for always providing quality famine health options in their subscription boxes.

✨ DISCLAIMER: Do not use Boric Acid products if breast feeding or pregnant, or trying to become pregnant. Test feminine wash on a small area of skin to make sure it will not cause irritation.

Want to know if the @spalifebeauty Tinted Pimpled Patches in the March Box really work? Read below to find out!

✨ PIMPLE PATCH UPDATE: Did It Work????

Hi Loves! I promised I would update you on how the @spalifebeauty Tinted Pimple Patches worked for me so here it is!

The patch did help to bring my pimple to a head and rise to the surface of my skin. Once the swelling went down, I was left with a small dark mark where the pimple used to be. The mark is fading and I don’t anticipate having a permanent scar.

Tips for using these patches

✨ Apply to clean dry skin

✨ Make sure the patch completely covers your pimple

✨ Wear for 6 hours or overnight for best results

I got these patches in my March @cocotique box and it’s one reason why I love these boxes! I get practical and useful beauty items that are made with my skin in mind.

🚿 5 Reasons To Use A Silicone Scrubber

Hi Loves! Recently I made the switch to using a silicone scrubber and my skin is thanking me! I got this silicone scrubber from @dailyconcepts in my February @cocotique box and it’s been a game changer for my shower routine.

Here are 5 reasons I think you should upgrade from a washcloth or loofah, to a silicone scrubber.

✨ Gentle Exfoliation: Silicone gently exfoliates without irritating or scratching your skin.

✨Reduced Body Acne: When I started using a silicone scrubber on my body, I remembered why I loved using a silicone brush for my face. I have a lot less body acne since using this silicone scrubber consistently because the silicone scrubbers are actually lifting excess oil and dirt out of my pores.

✨ Improved Blood Circulation: I can feel the nice, tingly, and invigorating feeling under my skin while massaging my body with my silicone scrubber and I love it!

✨ Easy to Travel With: The silicone material dries so much faster than a mesh loofah or a wash cloth and it’s less bulky so I love keeping one in my travel bag for business trips or vacations.

✨ More Hygienic: Silicone scrubbers are easier to clean and don’t hold on to bacteria like a washcloth or sponge.

Have I convinced you to get a silicone scrubber yet????
