POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

#Setbacks do not have to be the end of the story. Sometimes, they are feedback showing us where we can improve and grow.

In this excerpt from my conversation on The Destinée Series, I share why I choose to keep going, even when things do not turn out as expected.

Growth requires the courage to learn, adapt, and try again. The goal is not to get everything right the first time, but to keep becoming better.

Stop waiting to feel confident. Start doing.

Confidence grows through action. Believe in yourself, take the step, and keep showing up. The more you do, the more confident you become.

Becoming is about who you grow into through the actions you take today.

Leadership is not just about speaking. It is about listening with humility.

True listening means being willing to let someone else’s perspective influence your thinking.

So, ask yourself: Who are you making room for to influence your thinking today?

Listening is not passive. It is intentional.

Good company, beautiful autumn colours, and a day filled with laughter. Sometimes, the best moments are the simple ones: stepping away from the everyday routine, enjoying the outdoors, and creating memories with wonderful people. @iummsuk @iumukteen @iumjnrpreteenuk @iummiss @michellefj461

Here is to embracing the season, enjoying the little things, and making time for the experiences that make life special.

What is your favourite thing about autumn? 🍁
