Dr Josh bought Longevity to the UK more than 15 years ago … While others speak loudly, he leads softly. While others promote, he protects. The founder of Longevity long before it was trendy, long before it became marketable.

He’s walked through the fire — the long hours, the sacrifices, the pressure of pioneering in an industry that didn’t even have a name yet. There’s pain in that kind of business building. But you won’t hear him talk about it. That’s not his style.

But we will.

Women can’t pause MENOPAUSE, but there are things you can do to transition into menopause smoothly! 👩

While chatting with Ivana, I asked her about tips she would give women either currently experiencing or will be transitioning into menopause soon to make the transition easier, and her answer did not disappoint!

Ivana’s advice is straightforward and easy for most women to implement daily if they prioritize their self-care, and Non-Toxic Dad agrees with her advice wholeheartedly:

👉 Prioritize sleep so the body can heal and renew itself
👉 Eating more protein to slow down the loss of collagen and muscle tissue that naturally occurs as we all age
👉 Lowering chronic stress of all kinds (emotional, physical, spiritual, etc.) by meditating, exercising, grounding, getting outside in nature, and doing something you love.

Menopause can be a complicated and stressful change for women to make, so these simple tips can make all the difference in making the transition into menopause a little bit easier 🙌
