Kids thrive when they have a place to move, learn, and build real confidence. Wolfhouse kids' programs make discipline feel fun, and progress feel natural.

Comment "TRIAL" for a free 7‑day trial and see how they grow.

We asked Coach Mahalia breaks down what “staying loose” means for her and her athletes.

DM us to try a free class and feel the difference on the mats.

Every time a woman competes, she changes the game.

To ride fearlessly, to fight relentlessly, to race without limits.

Nothing is stronger than doing it like a girl.
Keep proving exactly what women are capable of. 🩷

Great visit at Wolfhouse today!

We had the pleasure of welcoming Edmonton City Councillor Anne Stevenson @edmonton_anne , who represents our ward, to Wolfhouse to meet our team and see our community firsthand.

We had a great conversation about the strength of our local community and the important role that sports and martial arts play in bringing people together, creating opportunities for youth, building confidence and discipline, and giving people a positive place to belong.

We also discussed some of the challenges and opportunities facing combat sports in Edmonton and how we can continue working together to make these sports more accessible and supported in our city.

Thank you, Councillor Stevenson, for taking the time to visit, listen, and connect with our athletes, coaches and members.

We appreciate the conversation and look forward to continuing to contribute to our community. 🐺

Every athlete has doubted themselves. The difference isn't who has that fear, it is who choose to keep going.

Prove them wrong, be better than yesterday, and challenge the voice in your own head.

Keep proving yourself right girl. @iyamide @drhoneymuscle @monique.mickey
