I Love being a Content Creator. Honestly, it’s a privilege to join my passions, multiple careers and share my life on this platform in a meaningful way. But the last few years I struggled to understand the business of digital media and how to break through the ever changing ceilings that just seemed to get higher and further away from me. Like all industries, this one can be quite competitive and access to information is coveted, even among friends. Exclusivity and competitiveness is antithetical to my mindset, which has always been one of oversharing - I share contacts, ideas, resources, information, and opportunities. Because I believe that pie EXPANDS when we share and we all come up together!

This year I decided I was either going to give this crazy industry everything I had - or bow out for good. I prayed and meditated on it for months. Finally, @therealdba & @noiremgmt announced their inaugural Mentorship Program and I was accepted! I knew that this opportunity was the answer I had been asking for, but I had no idea how much it would change my business and my life - in just 2 months! Having access to the information and people who are willing and excited to help me develop these new tools has been overwhelming. I also befriended some of the mentees in the program and we are going to continue to elevate each other!

Why does this matter? Because THIS is what it means to put your money where your mouth is. This is what non-performative allyship looks like - to provide access, knowledge and resources to #BlackCreatives that ensure equitable representation and compensation. This is what it means to bridge the communication gap and the most formidable forces in the industry, @therealdba & @noiremgmt have just set the standard. THANK YOU so much for pouring into us - for caring - for acting on your conviction. You challenged me to do better in my own life and I’m gonna continue expanding the pie. I don’t take this opportunity or this responsibility lightly and I’m ready to show out!

My WCW! I want to say thank you to this woman in public because she did a lot of really solid and admirable things behind closed doors. Beautiful on the inside and outside you are. It's an honor and privilege to have gotten to know you and I appreciate you for always being by my side and always doing alot for my interests and happiness. You always put me first and treat me amazingly which constantly reminds me how much GOD would curse me if I betray a soul like you. No one is perfect but you damn sure are for me I could tell a thousand stories about you and it would only confirm why you'll have stories and movies made about you one day soon. You really that!! My wife, my whole heart, my best friend, my business partner, my soulmate, my confidant, my angel. You know I would do everything to protect, honor and love you. RNS.
