To all of my girls who stepped on stage this weekend…
I am so proud of you! Now…that’s totally an understatement!

Every single one of you showed up with grace, confidence,
and the kind of work ethic that can’t be taught.

Show day is the celebration
but what I’m most proud of is the discipline, consistency,
and heart you poured into every single day leading up to that moment.

The early mornings.
The late nights.
The sacrifices.
The posing sessions.
The self-doubt you pushed through.

It all led to those few moments under the lights…
and you all made them count.

Each of you brought your best version yet,
and that’s what this sport is about: growth.

Whether you came home with a medal or not,
you won because you kept showing up when it was hard,
because you trusted the process,
and because you represented Team Next Level with pride.

It’s an honor to be your coaches, John and I don’t say it lightly
to witness your journey,
and to stand beside you through every phase:
prep, improvement season, and everything in between.

We love you all so much,
and I’m beyond grateful for the energy, sisterhood, and standard we’ve built together.

This weekend reminded me again:
YOU ALL are my WHY. This is what fill my heart. So before you say “thank you Emmy and John” let me say : THANK YOU, thank you for trusting us, thank you inspire us. Thank you for letting me part of your journey! 💛

Let’s keep leveling up
one show, one lesson, one win at a time.

“Can I be ready on time?”

I hear this from clients all the time.
My response? “Can you?”

Here’s why
As precise as we, as coaches, can be with timelines, rate of loss, and adjustments… the real measure of progress comes from how you execute.

Are you actually adhering to your diet?
Are you truly pushing on cardio or just clocking minutes? (You know what I mean… 30 minutes at turtle speed isn’t the same as 30 minutes all-out 😉)

The truth is, the only person who can answer that question isn’t me, your gym buddy, or someone on Instagram…

It’s YOU.

You’re the one in control. You decide whether you execute at your best and step on stage truly ready.
(Of course, assuming your coach has built you a solid plan.)

Own it.
Be the driver of this journey.
Make the most out of every single day.

You’ve got this.

💪 Ready to have a coach who builds the right plan and keeps you accountable every step of the way? ( and always be real and brutally honest 😂)
DM me “READY” and let’s create your roadmap to the stage or your best physique yet!
