A little movement, a little sunshine, and a morning with our community. ☀️

Our lululemon x Filla Endurance Sunshine Run/Walk started with loops around Des Peres Park, giving everyone space to move at their own pace and stay connected along the way.

Then we headed to lululemon West County for smoothie bowls from JB Wellness, 3 Bears Granola, bracelet making, giveaways, and private shopping!

We love creating opportunities to get outside, meet new people, and spend time together beyond a workout.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to the lululemon West County team for helping bring Sunday morning to life.

So grateful to keep building this community together. 🫶

✨ THE SECRET IS OUT! ✨

We’ve been keeping this one close to the vest for a long time, and we are SO excited to finally share it! 🤍

Equilibrium Social Wellness x JB Wellness are partnering to bring JB Wellness to Kirkwood, Missouri!

We believe wellness is about more than how you move your body. It’s about how you nourish it, how you care for yourself, and the community you surround yourself with. This collaboration brings all of that together through fresh, plant-based food and feel-good options that make nourishing your body a little easier (and a lot more delicious!).

And here’s the best part: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER of Equilibrium Social Wellness Club to enjoy JB Wellness! Whether you’re stopping by for your favorite smoothie, grabbing a juice on the go, or fueling up with a nourishing bowl, everyone is welcome.

We are so excited to bring something special to our Kirkwood community and create a space where wellness, nourishment, and connection come together.

The secret is finally out, and this is just the beginning! 🥂

Welcome to the Equilibrium family, JB Wellness. We can’t wait for what’s ahead! 🤍 @jacobmcdermott

Let’s talk sourdough! I’d love to spend a casual evening sharing what I’ve learned with my customers and anyone ready to start baking this fall—or just looking for a fun night out!

We’ll cover starter care and my prep-to-bake process, with plenty of pauses for questions. You’ll take home a printed guide, my sourdough bread recipe, and my brown butter sourdough chocolate chip cookie recipe.

🤍 JB Wellness in Ellisville
🤍 Thursday, November 5 | 6–8 PM
🤍 $55 with live starter | $45 without starter

This is a relaxed lesson and Q&A—we won’t be baking during class. Bring a notebook, pen, and your questions!

Want to grab something to eat that evening, too? Place a preorder for JB Wellness and select 4:45 PM at checkout.

DM @lovewildlyco to reserve your spot as they are limited!
