DAVIDSON LACROSSE ‘32 ❤️🖤

I am so excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic career and play Division I lacrosse at Davidson College!

First, I am so thankful for my family, friends, and coaches for their support throughout this process. I couldn’t have done this without you!!

To my family, thank you so much for being my biggest supporters. Thank you soso much for driving me to every tournament, showcase, and practice. Thanks to my dad learning how to shoot, taking time out of his day to work with me, and make me into the player and person I am now. Thank you to my mom for pushing me academically and keeping me positive from the very beginning. Thanks to my brother for being one of my biggest supporters and keeping it competitive!

To my coaches and SJS family, thank you so much! Coach Bob, I wouldn’t have been playing this sport without you helping me build the love for the position. Coach Bridget, thank you so much for shaping me to be the player I am now. Coach Jackson, thank you for teaching me about leadership and facing adversity. To Coach Katy and Erika, I couldn’t thank you enough for helping me through this process and finding my home.

And a huge thank you to Coach Kim, Coach Maggie, Coach Claire, and Coach Corryne! I am so thankful for this amazing opportunity and everything you’ve done!

October 19th - 24th

• Offer open to all clients.
• Clients must request approval in advance, no later than the day prior to the session.
• Requests are subject to availability and session capacity, and are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Offer applicable to private and semi-private sessions.
• If the friend purchases a 10-pack of sessions, the referring client will receive one free session.
• Clients are limited to one free session per friend who purchases a session pack.
• Clients can bring up to two friends per session, and may bring different friends on different days throughout the week.
• Friends must be new clients who have not trained with Liam Smith Coaching before.

Medicine ball throws are great for all athletes. 💥💪

I use these specific variations with lacrosse athletes to develop rotational power to improve shooting speed.

SAINT JOES LACROSSE ‘32

I am so grateful and honored to announce my verbal commitment to play division I lacrosse at Saint Joseph’s University!

First, I’d like to thank God for being in a light and keeping me grounded throughout this process.

I’d also love to thank my family for always being there for me. I’m especially excited to share my college experience with my brother for two years! To my mom and dad, thank you for the endless hours of support (and driving) that you have given me. I love you more than words can describe.

Next, I want to thank all my coaches who have helped me along the way. To my AIM family, and especially Coach Katie, thank you for always being honest and supportive with me. To my Cherokee coaches, thank you Coach Niederberger for always believing in me since I was a freshman. You are a huge reason I am the player I am today! And to Coach Havers, you are the best coach I could ever ask for, and I could never repay you for the positive impact you have had on me. I am so grateful to have a goalie coach like you.

Finally, I would love to thank Coach Kahoe, Coach Grote, and Coach Detwiler for believing in me and giving me this opportunity!
