The curb-cut effect is the phenomenon of disability-targeted features being used by a larger group than the people they were originally designed for. Thus when we design with an inclusivity mindset, it benefits all. Optimal Performance Consultants led by @j.sleeth are championing these initiatives across Ontario and partnering with companies to optimize human performance in the workplace.

This weekend was all about relaxation, good friends and late nights. Someone asked me what I am grateful for and I said to be alive and healthy. The past few months people have supported me without even knowing who I was and followed my story. I am grateful for all the love I have from old friends and new friends I have gained from this journey. My family has been my rock.
I am grateful for so much. I always appreciated the little things in life but I do even more now. I hope everyone can find something or someone that they are grateful for.
Happy Thanksgiving. .
