A little vintage chaos with a whole lot of balance. 👵👴🤸
Throwing it back to this wonderfully ridiculous old-people acro act — because apparently handstands get funnier with support stockings and suspenders! #handstand #acro #circus #aerialrevolution #comedy

The story of: Angelology 🪽✨

This routine may be my most vulnerable character & story I’ve created yet… and I’m so deeply proud to have shared it amongst such beautiful and talented artists 🫀
Thank you so much to my team @aerialrevolution … my coaches @j_flo_77 & @greatestofease and of course the incredibly inspiring girls @ar_performanceteam :,] Thanks for giving me the space to be soft, to be sensitive, and to feel safe enough to push myself new directions <3 I love you all and cannot wait to see what our future has to bring. 💜

And of course, thank you so much @thevivafest for having me <3 and for fostering a place a connection for this wonderful community.

As always, ily <3 and take care

Miles ahead, doubt behind—Somewhere between where you started and where you’re going, you’ll find your strength. Enjoy the ride. #triathlon #tideandtempo #cycling #trusttheprocess #motivation

Your swim doesn’t get better by just swimming more.
It gets better when your technique holds up.
Shorter, focused sets = cleaner form, less drag, faster exits.
Swim smart. Then run past people in T1. 💦➡️🚴‍♀️ Need some help? I’ve got 3 open spots for athletes training for any distance triathlon this spring or summer! #triathlon #coaching #swim #tri

PRT MS End Of 2025 Season

And with the XTERRA Mission Bay Triathlon Race, the 6th and final race of the San Diego Series, marks the end of the official 2025 PRT MultiSport (MS) season. I sincerely want to thank and congratulate all the athletes that participated and raced this season. PRT MS was created on October 2023 and has been a total success in all sense of the word. It all became possible when amazing people came together and decided to make a change and make it more than just beating the clock.

It’s undeniable now that PRT MS presence has been felt in the San Diego Endurance sports community, not only because of the competitive spirit of the team, but also for the camaraderie of every single one of you who gave it your all and dedication displayed at every level. As we continue this self perseverance journey, PRT MS continues to grow and new members continue to join the family, the goal is to make it “The” best MS team, not just in the South Bay area, but also in all San Diego. But you are already making that possible, so I thank you deeply for your continued support and commitment. And with that said, let’s recognize and congratulate those who raced today at XTerra MB State Championship Triathlon

Turning 25 kind of sucks, but the memories i made this year didn’t. Quarter of a century is crazy.

Thank you. I love you. All glory to God. ❤️
