I've been working on this one on and off for months. With thanks to some amazing guidance from @martin_fen_model_show_ and @j_littlen.creates, this beautifully grim bust from @mindworksartstudio has finally come to life.

It was my first time using two light sources, and really pleased with the end result.

Painted using @ionicsmarthobbies paints and @tesseractminis brushes.

Can I present “B for Bertie” my offering to the great Bertie Beat Off!

What started at @warlordgameshqstore1 with the @rally_point_games_and_minds Mind charity event has lead to a few people taking a Fancy to the brilliant little automaton (someone else has another name for them @hawt.sauce_ )

Anyway I can’t to see the other offerings on the Bertie Beat off!

After discovering that to buy a Rhino kit from Games Workshop now costs £37.50 i decided to go ahead and design my own 28mm tank kit.

Behold....The Hippo APC !!

I designed this kit to be optimised for FDM printing and limit layer lines. It also allows for upgrades and custom parts in future.

If anyone wants this STL I decided to sell it over on Myminifactory:

Printed on a Bambulabs P1P, using the "Ironing" setting in the Bambu slicer.

It was quite a surprise to find out my work has been featured in @fantasyfiguresinternational magazine this month alongside some of the other fantastic winning pieces from @fenmodelshow.ely

It's a bit surreal to say the least, I was scrolling through Insta and spotted one of my pieces on a post by @j_littlen.creates

Well done to everyone featured, can't wait to get my physical copy.

I'm so excited to bring you a first look at a painted version of the miniature for our Kickstarter project (link in bio, please show us some love!).

This is Elsie, the Gnome Shroomologist. She's co-designed with the amazing @j_littlen.creates who is one of my dearest friends and someone I've wanted to design a project with for ages! We wanted something cosy, autumnal, texture driven and above all... It had to include a mushroom!

I'm sure I speak for both of us in hoping that you enjoy her as much as we loved making her. Of course none of this would be possible with our incredible sculptor @tynah_art who does such incredible work bringing our pieces to life. Not to mention the genius that is @alessio_rugy who takes our scattered thoughts and turns them into the most stunning concept art.

As always, my deepest thanks to all of you. ❤️

Hmmmm should I pay £240 for 18 Ogryns/Bullgryns or less than £60 ?

Bit of a no brainer really and the Damned Brutes are fantastic to build, I should have them built in no time at all.....
