🚨 NEW EPISODE IS LIVE! 🎙️🤎

What if the doors we’re asking God to close are the very ones we keep reopening? 👀

This week on Rooted & Radiant, I’m joined by the incredible Jacqueline Josephine as we continue our October series, The Battle You Can’t See, with a powerful conversation about The Open Doors We Don’t Realize We Left Open.

We’re diving into spiritual discernment, personal accountability, relationships, surrender, and the things we’ve unknowingly normalized that may be keeping us from growing.

We also explore what it means to trust God in difficult seasons, bloom even in the darkness, and recognize when obedience requires us to let go and close certain doors for good. 🌸

Because sometimes the breakthrough we’re praying for requires a decision we’re avoiding.

And here’s the question I want to leave you with:

Are you truly ready for what God has next if you’re still holding on to what He’s calling you to release?

🎧 THE EPISODE IS LIVE NOW ON ALL PODCAST PLATFORMS!

Tune in, share it with someone who needs this conversation, and let me know your biggest takeaway!

Who said you can’t bloom in the darkness? 🌸🤎

Sometimes the seasons that feel the darkest are the very ones where God is doing His deepest work.

Just because you can’t see the growth doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.

Just because the season is uncomfortable doesn’t mean God isn’t present.

And just because you haven’t seen the breakthrough doesn’t mean He isn’t preparing you for what’s next.

Blooming isn’t always about having perfect conditions. Sometimes it’s about trusting God enough to keep growing even when you can’t see what’s ahead. 🌱

So here’s something to reflect on: Are you allowing your circumstances to determine your growth, or are you trusting God to help you bloom right where you are?

🎙️ This is a clip from this week’s episode of Rooted & Radiant, featuring Jacqueline Josephine (@jac.Que.linda), as we discuss faith, surrender, spiritual discernment, and trusting God through every season.

🔥 The full episode goes LIVE TOMORROW, Thursday, October 22, at 8 AM ET!

Sometimes letting go isn’t enough. Some doors need to be slammed shut and left closed. 🚪🔥

The relationships. The habits. The familiar patterns. The things God has been calling us to release, but we keep finding reasons to hold on to.

And here’s the thing: You can’t keep asking God for freedom while continuing to give access to what keeps you stuck.

Sometimes obedience means making the uncomfortable decision to walk away, establish boundaries, and stop looking back.

What door have you been keeping cracked open that God is calling you to close for good? 👀

🎙️ This is a clip from this week’s episode of Rooted & Radiant, featuring Jacqueline Josephine (@jac.Que.linda), as we unpack The Open Doors We Don’t Realize We Left Open.

🤎 Tune in Thursday at 8 AM ET for the full episode! You don’t want to miss this conversation.

🥰💆🏽‍♀️ ANOTHER SELF-CARE APPOINTMENT KEPT! 👏🏽💕

Y’all, I’m STILL holding myself accountable when it comes to making time for ME!

Because one thing I’m learning is that you can’t keep pouring into everybody else and not pour back into YOURSELF!

This time, I brought my Juice Headz Wildcrafted Sea Moss Gel to my facial appointment, so @jac.que.linda can use it as mask 🌿 🥰

My skin felt so SOFT, SMOOTH, and REFRESHED!

Did y’all know?
🌿 Sea moss has a naturally moisture-rich gel texture.

✨ It can leave skin feeling soft and smooth.

💚 As the mask dries, you may experience a temporary tightening sensation.

🌱 It contains naturally occurring minerals and polysaccharides*

Even Jacqueline noticed the MOISTURE-RICH appearance of the sea moss gel and how my skin appeared to tighten as it dried! 👀

But beyond the skincare benefits, here’s what I really want you to take away…

💕 CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF.
💕 MAKE THE APPOINTMENT.
💕 TAKE THE BREAK.
💕 GIVE YOURSELF THE SAME LOVE YOU GIVE EVERYBODY ELSE!!!

You deserve it, too! 🫶🏽

💆🏽‍♀️ Ready for your own self-care day? Reach out to Jacqueline Josephine | Herbal Esthetician to inquire about her services and book your appointment!

Some conversations challenge what we believe. Others challenge how we’re living. 👀🤎

Meet this week’s Rooted & Radiant guest, Jacqueline Josephine! 🌸

As we continue our October series, The Battle You Can’t See, I’m excited to welcome Jacqueline for a conversation about The Open Doors We Don’t Realize We Left Open.

Jacqueline is a woman of God, holistic aesthetician, marketing strategist, and community builder based in Tampa Bay.

Through her Kingdom-led businesses, JJ Creative LLC and its offshoot Sacred Blossom, she helps women embrace their natural beauty and expand their brands through faith-first events and marketing.

With nearly a decade of community-based marketing experience, including serving as Director of Marketing for women- and minority-led startups, Jacqueline believes the Lord is working through her to help women blossom in all seasons of life, just as Isaiah 35:2 promises.

In this week’s conversation, we’re diving into spiritual discernment, personal accountability, relationships, surrender, and the things we may have unknowingly normalized.

Because sometimes the question isn’t just what we’re fighting.

It’s what we’re continuing to give access to.

And here’s something I want you to reflect on:

What if the door you’re asking God to close is the one you keep reopening?

🎙️ New episode drops Thursday, October 22 at 8 AM ET!

Make sure you’re following Rooted & Radiant so you don’t miss this conversation.

✨ THE COMPANY YOU KEEP MATTERS. ✨

1 Corinthians 15:33 (NKJV) reminds us, “Do not be deceived: ‘Evil company corrupts good habits.’”

And it had me thinking…

If Scripture reminds us to be mindful of the influence of the company we keep, then there is something beautiful about intentionally putting yourself IN GOOD COMPANY. ❤️

That is exactly what I experienced at In Good Company — Networking Joyfully.

A table filled with successful, Christ-centered women who genuinely wanted to see one another WIN. Women from different backgrounds and businesses—some meeting for the very first time—yet intentionally asking, “How can I support you? How can we build together?”

The family-style dinner made it even more special. We passed food, served one another, laughed, let our hair down, and had genuine conversations in a space that felt safe and welcoming. 🍽️❤️

And the FOOD?! 👏🏾 Our chef came out and explained the dishes, how they were prepared, and how they paired with the drinks on the menu. That attention to detail made dinner an entire experience—and everything was delicious! 🤌🏾

Before the evening was even over, some women had already connected so naturally that calendars were coming out and dates were being set to continue building those relationships.

THAT is In Good Company.

More than exchanging business cards.

It’s fellowship. Community. Genuine connection. Collaboration. Friendship. And women intentionally building other women up.

Thank you, Fadaka, for creating such an intentional experience, and thank you to Jacqueline for helping make the evening so special. ❤️

This was round ✌🏾 for me, and I’m already looking forward to the 3rd In Good Company — Networking Joyfully!

Because the company we keep has influence…

✨ So I’m choosing to be IN GOOD COMPANY. ✨

There’s something powerful about being in a room where women genuinely want to see one another win.

Last night, @fadakageorge hosted “In Good Company”, an evening centered around intentional connection, faith, business, community, and sisterhood.

From meaningful & intentional conversations to new connections, encouragement, collaboration, and women showing up for one another, the night was a beautiful reminder that we were never meant to build alone.

When women gather with purpose, something shifts.

A day in my life, but make it "producing a dinner for 50 women." *locks in*

9am in a spreadsheet and some water. Gotta stay hydrated! 11am is a huddle with our Curators walking the conversation tracks. 3pm is the part nobody notices unless it's missing: place cards, candles, the details. And 6pm is my favorite minute of the entire day-it makes all the hard work worth it-fifty strangers walk-in and by the time The Ace starts, they're not strangers anymore.

This is what goes into every In Good Company evening before a single guest arrives.

What happens when women stop networking and start connecting. 🤍✨

In Good Company isn't your typical networking event. It's good food, real conversation, and connections that actually last, made for Tampa Bay's women entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives.
