 After a psychedelic experience shattered his sense of reality at 19, Portuguese artist @jack__mid
spent years navigating panic, trauma, and dissociation. At 25, he speaks with raw clarity to ZOOT about survival, self-forgiveness, and transforming inner chaos into music and image.  “In my mind, I had damaged my brain for good — like I’d looked behind the curtain out of pure curiosity and was cursed to live with it at only 19.
