POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The past 10 days have been like my own little personal tour of North America. One of my besties (@nattdunn) and I decided we needed to take a girls trip to Mexico City to celebrate new beginnings, accomplishments in business and life, and the pricelessness of friendship!!! Mannnn i fell in love with CDMX even more this time! We really got our steps in as we wandered through various neighborhoods and soaked up some of the best the city had to offer as far as art , shopping, culinary delights, and live music. But our main objective there was to see @rosalia.vt in concert. Mind you, neither of us speak Spanish, but we both deeply appreciate her artistry.
“Inspired”- doesn’t do it justice. The show was a breathtaking synthesis of opera, ballet, symphony, hip-hop, pop, traditional Latin music- and something completely new and her own. My jaw was on the damn floor most of the time.

Then my team and I made our way up to Toronto, Canada, where we got to headline the CNE I’ve always had mad love for Canada and it felt great to be back and perform once again. It’s always gratifying when there’s mad technical sh*t going on behind the scenes, but the show ends up being a lot of fun regardless. We did a few fun covers as well as my own set, of course 🍀

Then, we headed back to New York City, where I got to say goodbye to the musical that changed my life, Moulin Rouge. @moulinrougebway
After seven years on Broadway, it was closing it stores. Myself and the rest of the alumni cast crew creatives, and everybody who made it happen behind the scenes got to raise a glass one last time and celebrate all the lives that were touched as a result of this production.
then I got to enjoy a little anniversary moment with my boo before diving into fittings for NYFW. Also got to celebrate our GWORL the one and only @shobean at her bday party where she was truly the most gracious generous host and a time was truly had. Lastly, I had a subway car all to myself, which was both creepy and acoustically satisfying.
thanks for comin to my Ted Talk 😝

JMC released its first 2026 cherry blossom forecast on Dec 18. The next update comes out Jan 8!

We went to Aomori so you can guess when we travelled 🤗

Want fewer crowds? Avoid these dates. ESPECIALLY Apr 29-May 6, 2026 (Golden Week, Japan’s major holiday)

SHOULD I visit teamLab Planets? YES 🌺

If you want to be a master of all four elements *cough* or experience art made of them, this is the place to be.

These are 13,000 real orchids growing upside down that rise and fall as you move through the room. In the last clip we went full statue mode to feel crowded in 🗿

CASH. STILL. KING.

Early in the trip, I didn’t bother rushing to get cash. I figured… big city, card works everywhere, right? Then we stumble on a food market ending soon. No time to find an ATM. 🥲 If Jack hadn’t come in clutch, I’d be hungry instead of enjoying the meal you see here. Arigato, Jack-san 🙇🏻‍♀️

- takoyaki: octopus balls in batter
- yakisoba: stir-fried noodles in sweet/savoury sauce
- meat on a stick: self-explanatory 😂

Grew up catching ‘em all so it was nice to spend hours in these stores. Love that Pokémon’s still thriving… but seriously, can someone save me a pack before the scalpers buy out the shelves? 😂
