Volume up for narration and the cutest way she answers my question to her at the end❤️Paw TTouch with my sweet senior girl Lulu. I am doing tiny little circular touches with a light pressure. TTouch influences the nervous system so it is simultaneously subtle and very powerful. It took me a long time to be able to touch her paws, as she and her sister were originally feral. Patience and small steps, which add up❤️. Check my YouTube for more detailed demos and tutorials. Youtube.com/sarahsuricat

And check out @jackiesegers book Reflexology for Cats! #ttouch #reflexology #ilovecats #tabby #formerferal

This week is World Reflexology Week which has been existing since 1999. I personally have been participating since 2008 often with colleagues in NYC, and at times by myself depending on circumstance. #worldreflexologyweek2021 @icr_world Yesterday I participated with these two animal friends and their human friend Aaron. So appreciative. You are welcome to participate at home with your pet. If you are a reflexologist I can forward a link to you. You could participate and post a photo of a pet and tag @glimpses @icr_world #icrwrw2021
#acr whatever you prefer. For me the most important thing is to include animals in World Reflexology Week because they also benefit from Reflexology and for you to have a way to participate easily, but of course we love tags, likes, shares so it can get to more animals needing our help.

From my last tour called “Harvest Time Tour” in 2019 wich focused on cannabis and hemp education. In celebration of 420 this year, I’ll be doing some live videos from Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. I’ll be featuring some of my cannabis inspired songs.
***🐉🧚🏽💚***

I had just six months playing shows and learning about Cannabis in New Zealand. I learned the way they make their medicine 🌿 and played the first NZ cannabis festival.

I then embarked upon cross country cannabis educational tour and album release that went from Texas🇨🇱 to Humboldt California 💚.

Thank you 🙏 to everyone who joined and helped make it happen.

It’s such an honor and a privilege to have my song “Medicine” utilized by @nectarball ・・・
Latest Sizzle reel for the documentary Cannabis the Story. Lots of good content and fantastic people all squeezed into 30 seconds. Cannabis the story documentary coming April 20, 2020. “Medicine” was written about the people I’ve met along my journey that care about helping people by lovingly making cannabis medicine to save lives! Produced last year in #newzealand by @karzgordox13 at #earwigstudionz #cannabis #newmusic #medicine

I love making home videos staring my friends 💚🤘🥳 here’s a snippet of an original I recently recorded live to tape at @earwigstudio in Auckland,NZ & produced by @karzgordox13 🎸It’s called, “Water In Light”. 🌊🌞 Nothing in my life has been easy and I’ve spent most of my time in poverty and in constant pain. Not well enough to complete, so I don’t. I focus on being my best at the moment I’m in and gratitude and what I want to draw into my life. I focus on how lucky I am to have the company of my beautiful friends and family! You lift me always to the light and your love washes away the pain. Even in the darkest times. Thank you! #waterinlight #pain #love #cannabiscommunity #newzealand #friendship
