Imagine accusing somebody of spreading misinformation just to turn around and calculate MORE protein than they originally posted! 😭😂 Then after all that arguing, the comment magically DISAPPEARS! 🤣💀

Different brands, serving sizes, and food entries can give different macro totals. I’m sharing MY meals using MY food labels and portions, not defending a damn dissertation! 😂

Since I can’t find Mr. Macro Police anymore, I’m tagging the REAL ONES who stood up for me in those comments! I see y’all, and I appreciate every single one of you! ❤️💪🏾

Love y’all, Muscle Head Hoes! 😘

600 miles from home 🏡 One wrong turn = No paycheck💰Most truckers got the truck covered, the load covered, but not themselves. Don’t let one injury turn into a broke family. DM me “💎” for more information 🚛💰

It’s never about where you start — it’s about the work you’re willing to put in every single day. Progress earned, not given.
