Some days, making it to a class just isn’t on the cards. A few minutes of movement at home still count. 🤍

Grab a Pilates ball and move through these five exercises at your own pace. Do one round when you’re short on time, or repeat the sequence twice if you’re feeling good.

Save this for the days you need a little nudge to move✨

Alternating Leg Extensions | 10 reps on each side

Bird Dog with Ball Roll | 8 reps on each side

Glute Bridge with Ball Squeeze | 12 reps

Side Plank Thread Through | 8 reps on each side

The Hundred with Leg Extensions | 10 leg extensions

What an amazing day @_thewellnessoasis 💚

The best girlie day we laughed from start to end, including throughout a sweaty @pilatesbybryony , listed to the amazing @emmagrede who somehow is even more insane IRL. So many insightful talks and lots of takeaways but my highlight was @drtaraswart & @danbuettner on happiness ✨
& ofc we ended the day with wine and pizza because that is true wellness - connection & joy 🍕

Three incredible days at the Health Optimisation Summit - 60+ speakers, workshops, experiences, a business day, VIP dinners and endless opportunities to connect with this brilliant wellness community. It really has become a phenomenal event in the UK wellness diary and it was so lovely to see so many of you there.

But amongst all the innovation, technology and conversations about optimising our health, one message came through loud and clear:

We can’t optimise our way out of ignoring the fundamentals.

☀️ Get morning daylight and support your circadian rhythm.
🥑 Eat real, nutrient-dense food and nourish your body well.
🚶 Move every single day and build strength.
😴 Prioritise sleep and recovery.
🧠 Learn to regulate your nervous system through breathwork, time in nature, grounding and slowing down.
❤️ Build meaningful relationships and genuinely connect with people.
✨ Have purpose. Keep learning, contributing and doing things that matter to you.
1️⃣ Know your own data and numbers so you can ensure you are staying on track and exactly what to be focused on. Genetic health handbook, regular bloods, Dexa scan.

And I loved some of @beargrylls reminders about life and resilience too:

Being uncomfortable is OK. Doing the things we fear can help us become more resilient.

The superstars at school aren’t necessarily the superstars in life. Often it’s the strivers - those who keep going, learning and getting back up.

Resilience isn’t simply something you’re born with. It can be built.

Show up with excellence. Whatever you’re doing, do your best.

And storms will come. We can’t avoid them all - so prepare yourself, zip up your jacket, get out there and face them.

Perhaps that’s health optimisation in its simplest form: build a body and mind that are strong enough to live your life fully.

What a weekend thanks again @timbiohacker and team 👏

What if one of the best longevity tools is… completely free? 👀

My first @healthoptimisationsummit was incredible! ✨ The vibe, the community, meeting new people and discovering so many wellness and longevity brands.

I asked people: “What’s ONE thing you do for your longevity?”

And the most popular answer? SLEEP. 😴

So simple, yet so important for our health, wellbeing and healthy ageing. Sometimes longevity isn’t about the latest biohacking gadget or supplement, it’s getting the basics right.

I’m loving learning more about longevity and wellness and bringing what I discover back to my community. It keeps reinforcing why I love being a health coach. 🤍
