How to Build your Glutes properly! 🍑

2 main factors:
Throw away your gluteband and more calories!

Number 1 is really Progressive overload 🏋️

The multi coloured band round your knees will only do so much, yes it will activate the glutes and create some shape there.
But to grow your legs and glutes its exactly the same as if a male was doing it. Pushing weight!

You need your Key exercises getting heavier each week.
Focusing on quads, hamstrings and glutes.
Whether they be compound like squat or single leg lunges, hip trusts or in machines like hack squat, leg press, leg curl/extension.

Record your sets and the reps in a logbook and push numbers up each week.

Programming and having a plan is key! You can’t just wing it and hope for progress.

Number 2 Calorie surplus!
To grow your lower body you need to eat more, 200-500 over your maintenance calories and with adequate protein!
Done the right way you will put on muscle and avoid putting on excess fat during your building up phase.

Its best to give this a focused period of time like 3-6 months at least for solid progress.

Adjust calories weekly adding 50-100 each week to push muscle growth but keep body fat at a similar level.

Record your progress by taking photos and weighing yourself, data is key to progressing. If photos look good and the weight is up.. you have gained muscle 💪🏻

If all this sounds complicated and you need help with your progress I’m running my last 12 week program of the year from the 15th September a special before Xmas ending Dec 3rd 🎄

“I honestly couldn't have done it without @jacktraceytraining. He has totally changed the way I view training and nutrition. I've not just locked myself
away during that time and just dedicated my life to the
gym.although it may seem that way I only train
4/5 days a week and I genuinely enjoy going to the
gym, because I can feel myself getting stronger and
leaner.

Also, never used to have a clue with all the machines there and used to find them intimidating! But training with Jack has helped build confidence over
time and encouraged me to start pushing outside my
comfort zone.

Over the past few months I've enjoyed
nights out, holidays and events without going over the
edge or feeling ridiculously guilty after.

It's broken all my misconceptions about health and fitness and has taught me A LOT. Although, I can't
believe how quickly it has happened, it has all been
done in a sustainable and manageable way. Now we continue to push on, all the way up until the honeymoon

I cannot actually recommend Jack enough! The
knowledge, support and positivity is second to none.
What a guy! If you're thinking about it? Do it!”

Thanks @corrina_allinson now the honeymoons done it’s back to work ! 🔥🔥🔥

There is a minefield of information on how to get in shape and healthy…

I’m just like you…
I know I’m best when I have that accountability, that’s why the last three years I’ve had a coach.

I’m busy working and trying to grow the business, I don’t have to worry about making a training plan, setting up my diet and macros. How much cardio should I do? having someone to check on how I’m progressing and cheering in my corner makes a real difference at any level.

The three years I had a coach compared to the three before the progress is 200% difference. It doesn’t mean I didn’t know what I was doing but it’s easy to change up your plan and diet too much when your going alone, slowing progress!

Letting someone guide that area and checking in every week having that support to ensure it’s all going smoothly and having a solid source of information rather than 10 different opinions on what training split is the best.

If your tired of the information overload and want your goal mapped out for you, training, diet, cardio to your schedule and lifestyle.

You’ll have me in your corner for support along the journey.

Drop me a message to make the progress you deserve. 🤝

Proud boyfriend. 🥰 @spruceybruceylucey

4 weeks out from her first bodybuilding show after 16 weeks of dieting so far! Not a scrap off plan and not a step missed. Real dedication.

Keeping each other stable and motivated is a real part of our relationship and it’s true what you surround yourself with rubs off on you!
So choose wisely. ⭕️

Can’t wait for her to smash it. And then we can also go out to dinner dates too. 😎

@fitbyemma1 showing her the skills @witneyweightsandfitness
And @cpt_fitness_ is doing an unreal job of coaching her. 🤝

Ash’s Journey from boy to beast!

He came to me with some years of training under his belt and since January we have worked on his consistency, his form in the gym and nailed his diet.

A client that listens to everything and takes it on board gets great results. We cut down on body fat first now we are pushing food to gain muscle and strength until he’s ready to cut and be summer ready 2023!

Training is a process and you can see from the first photo it’s taken years not weeks for him to build up! Scroll through for our progress together ! A lot of size on! 🙌

If he takes the leap he may become a great coach himself one day also. 💪🏻 @ashw2002

Feeling lost with your training and diet?

Drop me a message and we can hatch a plan to get you in the shape of your life! 🙏

Thanks for reading.

Happy belated birthday to this lad @benhawksworth_cp.

A Life changing mentorship and coaching with him last year has propelled me forward not only physically but in my business and personal life.

A moody F@cker sometimes but a real passion for the fitness industry and where there’s many charlatans and people just in this game for money this isn’t one of them.
And not afraid to get his hands dirty and stuck in. 😝 🥥

My transformation photo shoot last year at @ultraflexgymrotherham will forever be a platform I push from.

Having the right coach can be life changing you just need to make the leap!
