Peanuts & Pop
A farmer’s Coke is a classic Texas roadside tradition: stopping at a gas station, grabbing a bottle of Coke, and pouring in a packet of salted peanuts. This cocktail is a spirited twist on that sweet-and-salty favourite.

• Rum • Peanut Butter • @rhumjmofficiel •Banana juice • Banana skin vinegar • House Cola

Garnish: Peanut Brittle

NEXT PICANTE
It crossed the southern border and brought in tequila, chilli, salsa, and tortillas.

• Tequila infused with Roast Cherry Tomatoes and Morita Chilli • Lime • Coriander Cordial • Agave • Tortilla Distillate

Garnish of leftover tomatoes and Morita chili, dehydrated and ground into a seasoned salt, finished with an additional spray of tortilla distillate.
