Wednesday evening our teens got the opportunity to work with Chicago archivist and artist-filmmaker, Ashley Dequilla. Dequilla invited Art on Sedgwick to assist her in the image transfer process of her newest piece “Philippine Women’s Club ‘37” that will be exhibited this December at Untitled Art Fair during Art Basel Miami. Thank you Ashley Dequilla for visiting our Art & Impact program with @afterschoolmatters and involving our teens in your art practice!
