Our dear friends and musical collaborators, @amyhtrinidad and @jacobmullismusic will be joining @ericjuliocarranza and I for a set at @astercafe on Nov 20th as we open for @lilydetaeye on her tour! With Amy, Jacob, and Eric, we are part of a new group called Brandt, Hager, Mullis, & Carranza (aka @bhmcband). We’ve released a few singles you can go check out now and we’re in the midst of recording our first full-length album. If you like tight-knit and powerful vocal harmonies, existential lyrical themes, and catchy melodies, this is the show for you. When we play full band, we also work with drummer @drdiamonddavepower, however this show will be more stripped-down and intimate and it’s something you’re not going to want to miss. Get tickets at mollybrandt.com/shows !

One amazing project into the next! I’m so grateful to @the_u.dl, @jacobmullismusic, and the dancers in my new work for going on this journey with me and sorting through important and heavy issues.

This piece is so timely in so many ways. I hope you can come experience it.

THIS WEDNESDAY: our new band @bhmcband will play at @silverwoodpark from 6:30-8pm! We’ve got many never-before-heard original songs to share that are rich with 4-part vocal harmony, killer collaborative songwriting to showcase, and an all-star band of legends in their own right! This is CANT MISS and I’m not even exaggerating. We’ve been working very hard to present this inaugural show of Brandt, Hager, Mullis, & Carranza. Be there or you’re seriously missing out.

🎸 NEW SINGLE OUT NOW 🎸

“Have you ever lost a job because you spoke your thoughts too loud? Have you ever walked alone feeling the eye of night bear down?”

“No Witness, No Casualty,” the new single from Brandt, Hager, Mullis, & Carranza is a feminist rock anthem calling out the everyday indignities women push through and rarely get to name. The lyrics were written collaboratively by the band, with input from author Amy Fladeboe, and bandmates @themollybrandt & @amyhtrinidad trade verses building to a chorus made for yelling along:
“I see you see me / You see me see you / We’ve heard it all, let’s blow it up.”

With a pounding backing track from @ericjuliocarranza, @jacobmullismusic, and @drdiamonddavepower, it’s a perfect summer anthem! Stream it now. Recorded and mixed at @museum.of.being by @ericjuliocarranza , Mastered by @fantasticplanet_

Our newest single comes out this Friday, called
“No Witness, No Casualty”, a collaborative duet featuring the vocals of @themollybrandt and @amyhtrinidad and the hard-hitting instrumentation from @ericjuliocarranza @drdiamonddavepower and @jacobmullismusic. It’s a feminist rock anthem pointing out the bullsh** women face daily, and a banger for our trying times 🤘
