✨Family reunion!✨ If you hang around @tunnelhill100 long enough, you’re bound to hear somebody say this is the race that feels like coming home. But it’s not the course, it’s not the city, it’s not even the pre-race dinner and the finish line celebration that make it feel that way. It’s the people. In June of last year, I took a major swing and publicly announced that I was planning to run my first hundred miler early in 2025 (if you’ve known me for any stretch of time, you know I hold my race plans pretty close to the vest). Because my friends are the best kind of bad influences, I let @mother_runner_micki make me believe that I could run my first 100 at Tunnel Hill a full 2.5 months earlier than planned. That decision turned out to be one that changed everything for me. Across those hundred miles, I made friends for a lifetime. Seeing some of them again this year before the race was soul-fueling. And @mother_runner_micki, thank you for capturing this moment, as only you could. Good photographers capture memories, great photographers capture feelings and this, my friend, is a feeling. 💜💜💜

A love letter to one of my favorite races of all time and the people it’s brought me… 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

On Saturday, I made my 3rd trip across the @tunnelhill100 finish line and clocked another 50 miles towards my 500 mile buckle (200 down, only 300 to go 😂) and this race reminds me year over year how much I love the running community and what it’s given me.

Durb - You put on one hell of a race and this year was no exception! Thank you for all you do for this community!

@mother_runner_micki and @chadcolson - Thank you for always capturing the triumph and the agony and the joy and the pain on film, but more than that, thank you for your friendship and for being the epitome of what it means to be a runner’s runner (even when you’re behind the camera).

@jacobsrunninggingerly, @nicolerunslong, @mamaselahmander, @calebgilbreath, etc, - Seeing you guys before the race and on the course fueled my soul. Who’s ready to go again next year?!?!

@bigsexyultrarunner - You are such a light in the running community and I am so grateful to run into you and your effervescent spirit regularly at races! (And thank you for reminding me that if I’m ever not feeling it out there, “f&$k it” is a perfectly acceptable option!)

@cateatscatruns - I’ll never forget sitting in Five Daughters more than a year ago talking about our big running goals. You are an absolute inspiration and I am so damn proud of you!!! Welcome to the TunnelFam!

@struckscott - You will always and forever be a part of my TH100 journey and it was an absolute privilege to watch you cross the finish line of the hundo this year!

Alright KY friends!!!

We’re only a few days away from the FIRST EVER Boxing Clinic with THE HEAT!!!🥊🔥

I am SO EXCITED for this and can’t wait to announce that because of the high interest in youth training, I have added a discount for kids under the age of 16!

I started boxing when I was 12 and @thomas_kinchen37 started when he was 6 so I have a huge passion for pouring into the next generation like we were poured into.

Come join us at @thrivetribeboxing THIS SATURDAY for a morning full of boxing, snacks, fellowship, and personal growth!🤗🥊🔥

Venmo me @Sammy-Worthington to secure your spot TODAY!💃🏻

It’s #transformationThursday, so what better way to kick it off than with HITS member Chris! See his testimony below. Way to go, Chris! 🥊🥊

“When I joined HITS back in April, I weighed around 240 lbs, had a 40” waist and was on 3 different daily medications. I struggled to walk more than a few miles without being tired. I genuinely felt that I was stuck and not sure what to do. Now, 10 months later, I weigh 156 lbs, I’m down to a 31” waist and I’m completely off my medicine. I went from struggling to walk long distances to running a 5K in above average time. I owe so much to my HITS family, not only have they completely changed my life, but they’ve provided me with invaluable information to help others that are like I was.”
