→ Adult friendships are wild. 😂♥️✈️

One minute you’re making plans.
The next minute you’re comparing flight prices, annual leave balances, and time zones.

Some people have friends across town.

I have friends scattered across different countries. ✈️🌍

Worth every cent? yes. 🤍

Very grateful for the people who can go months (or years) without seeing each other and somehow pick up exactly where we left off.

Being my friend occasionally comes with an international travel requirement and sometimes we just decide to hang out in another country

What about you ?

Day 2 of the @inspiringleadership.foundation @ridetoinspireuk complete 🚴‍♀️💗

We all cycled 75 miles from Dudley to Chester, the longest ride I’ve done on a bike in 7 years.

My legs definitely know about it now but there was so much encouragement, laughter and team spirit along the way.

It’s an honour to ride alongside such an inspiring group, including women’s rugby legends @rockyclark_1 and @tamarataylor5555 as well as cycling legend @loukew and many other fabulous people who are all giving their time and energy to inspire others and start important conversations.

These challenges are never just about the miles, but more about connection, resilience, and showing up for each other even when things feel tough.

Thank you to everyone supporting the Ride to Inspire journey and cheering us on along the way.

Day 1 of the @ridetoinspireuk cycle is complete 🚴‍♀️💗

A team of 15 men and women cycled 65 miles from Silverstone to Dudley, to raise funds for the @inspiringleadership.foundation

We were extremely lucky in that we managed to dodge most of the rain and despite strong headwinds, there were plenty of smiles, stories, and encouragement along the way from each another.

One of the best things about challenges like this are the conversations, camaraderie and banter, that remind us how powerful human connection can be.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported us all today, especially @leigh_bowmanperks @alex_garment_ and @kirstwarrender

Tomorrow’s challenge is even bigger with a 75 mile mile cycle from Dudley to Chester.

The legs will be a little tired but the ride continues and very much hoping the weather behaves! 🙏
