“Digital doesn’t look realistic…”

I hear it all the time 👀

But here’s a case I finished last week.

Same aesthetic, just with increased precision and improved accuracy.

Tools change. The artistry doesn’t.

Cannot wait to teach my Digital Denture Design course tomorrow 🦷✨

Classic: my patient came to me after having some work done in an “in-n-out” clinic in Mexico.

After assessing his case, we made the call to move him to over dentures and he absolutely loves the results 🤍.

Do these look like denture to you in the mouth?

See you all in Chicago 🥰

Disney Channel really did shape a generation 💀👇🏼

🦷 Speaking at the biggest Dentistry show in the UK @dentistryshows @dentistryshowcs @fmcpro

🎤 Representing @3shape as an ambassador and standing on their stages for @3shapeuk

👩🏼‍🏫 Teaching my own hands-on courses to my fellow technicians

If you’d told the younger version of me that this would be normal one day, I honestly wouldn’t have believed you. I’m actually quite shy 🙈

I don’t walk into rooms as the loudest person. I overthink. I replay conversations in my head. I still get nervous before I speak 😭

But here’s what I grew up with…

Disney Channel. Hannah Montana. Songs screaming that you can do anything if you back yourself 🎶✨

And as dramatic as it sounds, I believed it.

I didn’t grow up dreaming of stages, ambassador roles or building education platforms. I just grew up believing that trying was allowed. That going for it wasn’t embarrassing. That you don’t have to be the most confident person in the room to take up space.

Those songs were hype. They were energy. They were permission 🔥

So when I feel nervous now, I lean into that familiar feeling. The soundtrack that reminds me I can do hard things. It’s not about being fearless. It’s about choosing to move anyway.

If you’re watching this thinking “I could never do that”, I promise you, I’ve thought that about myself more times thanI can count.

Whatever your version of that energy is, use it. Harness it. Keep it close 💫

Because the truth is, you don’t need to be the loudest, boldest or most naturally confident person.

You just need to believe it might be possible and act like it is.

You really can do anything 🙋🏼‍♀️🔥

I sometimes get this question as a young dental technician: “You look so young, how do you have experience?” Sure, I might get underestimated at first glance, but here’s the truth—I learn with every case, and real-life results speak louder than any doubts! Consistency and proven outcomes are how I build credibility, one smile at a time. Sometimes I feel ancient though… like Ice Age ancient!💀

Who doesn’t love a before & after 🥳✨

Only 4 days to go until #LabIsFab 😮‍💨

I genuinely cannot wait to see everyone at the @3shapeuk event, comment below if you’ll be there 🙌🏻

It’s wild that by this weekend it’ll all be over after spending SO long organising my lecture and the stand 😭 I’ll miss the chaos a little I think 🤣

Here’s a case I finished today 👇🏼

🦷 Milled digital dentures
🦷 Trimmed
🦷 Polished
🦷 Characterised
🦷 Stained

MY FAVE COMBO 🦷🎨✨ Not to mention the topic of my talk on Friday 🙊

I’ve got some really cool cases coming up and I’ll be documenting every stage too…
watch this space ✌🏼👀
