Last night was a real moment for me… gathering my friends for a listening party to celebrate the release of my first ever EP of poetry.

This has been 7 years in the making- writing over 5 years and crafting the music and recording over 2.

@billiemareemusic and @jadewade have done such a phenomenal job of elevating the words through their music. It has been a dream to collaborate and bring to life each poem.

Someone said last night that each track feels like its own world- and that really was the intention- to feel into the message behind each one and create an experience for you to immerse yourself in - it’s emotive, deep and I feel so proud of what we’ve created.

You can go to Spotify or wherever you listen to your music to hear the whole thing. This track is number 2 - How will I fall in love with you today?

The winds of change are blowing!

Across the globe & through the lives of each one of us…

As 2026 begins, I find myself needing to stop, take stock & offer gratitude for all that unfolded last year.

2025 was a highly initiatory year for me. As I sense back across the landscape of the year, I can feel a few key threads:

🌹The deepening of my connection to the Rose, through various moments of beautiful, ceremonial communion.

⚡️My journey with Avatara, through participating in & assisting on Level Ones, Crux Ecstasies & The Dark Rite. Each of which was a significant initiatory portal.

🙏 Coming home, time & again, to the practise of creating altars, and to writing & delivering my spoken word. Somehow forgetting and then joyously remembering that devotional art is the purest expression of my essence.

🥰 Basking in the beauty & richness of my friendships - old & new - ever-unfolding & ripening

🔮 The deepening of my stand as a practitioner & teacher of soulful psychology

Thank you to everyone who made last year so special.

1. Starting the year on the frosty moors
2. Our annual winter pilgrimage to Orkney
3. My sword tattoo ritual & altar
4. Honouring endings before leaving Devon
5. Exploring Sicily (land of my maternal bloodline) post my first Avatara L1
6. Back in London, enjoying the cherry blossom
7. Wesak in the Fougou at Rosmaryn
8. Sunrise at Hidden Paradise on the Metamorphosis training
9. My altar in Berlin, at a time of profound personal revelation
10. The first altar I made for the Juice retreat
11. Women I love, gathered for Jade’s baby blessing
12. My first trip to Ireland
13. The central altar at Joel’s birthday gathering (with a sassafras tree & rose flame candle)
14. The final altar at Burn the Script
15. Drawing at our Artists of the Blooming Residency
16. First sunset at Lakefront
17. The majestic lands of Finland for the portal of grace that was Avatara: Crux Ecstasis
18. Spectacular sunset walk along Devon’s rugged coastline with some of my favourite humans
19. An offering of roses & moonblood to the Fougou at Maria’s bday gathering
20. Waking up in the desert post Avatara: The Dark Rite

Today I released my debut single.

It’s a big moment to celebrate.

A coming together of years of love, poetry and musical collaboration.

The you can fine the track on all the major streaming platforms.

And here are the words:

Real love
The love that lasts
Is like an entity in and of itself

It finds its way in
And falls out and then
It learns and grows
It comes and goes
and comes again

With real love
You don’t get to pick and choose the bits you like
The love that lasts
Learns to hold on when things gets spiky

Real love
The love that lasts
Is being content with what you have
And giving thanks for the sweet hands
That bring you tea
And stroke your hair
And tell you
Everything’s going to be alright

Real love
The love the lasts
Isn’t the glamorous star in the spotlight

She’s the waitress that sweeps up night after night
Who keeps your table clean and your cup full

Real love
The love that lasts
Makes a place at the table for the parts of yourself you abandoned
The ones that can barely stand
The ones you can barely stand to look at
Turn to treasure in your beloveds hands

Real love
The love that lasts
Is the pair of jeans you’ve patched up
Over and over
Because they’re the perfect fit,
And they stopped making ones like this.

Some say you should have thrown them out years ago
But they’re still your favourite though

Those people are never satisfied

Real love
The love that lasts
Isn’t a compromise
But a desire
To meet in the middle

It knows when to call you out,
And how to call you in

Real love
The love that lasts
Is a rare thing

Not because people are still waiting for the ‘one’
But because they can’t see the one in front of them for what they truly are.

Thank you again @billiemareemusic and @jadewade wouldn’t have been possible without you

As always - gratitude to my muse and husband @ronanharrington
