Meet @jaialattas , co-founder of @creativefuturescollective , an opportunity ecosystem that started with 10 fellows in Los Angeles and has grown into a global movement of 3,500 creatives getting real, paid experience at places like Nike, Spotify, Def Jam, and the LA Lakers.

And joining us as guest co-host for this episode is our friend @afdhel , Chief Creative Officer of Conspiracy of Love, co-founder of @goodisthenewcool , and one of the most passionate advocates for using business as a force for good.

Together, we unpack how Jai built something that didn’t exist and why that was always the point. You’ll hear:

👉 Who actually gets access to the creator economy and why Jai built a new door when the industry kept saying no

👉 How Creative Futures got its first partners (LA Lakers, Spotify, World Turf League) by funding the fellows themselves and betting on the proof of concept

👉 Why community is the infrastructure, not just the outcome, and what that means for how you build

What an incredible Day 1 at Warped Tour 2026. 🎸❤️‍🔥

A huge thank you to Creative Futures Collective for bringing me along and trusting me with this opportunity, and thank you to Warped Tour for having us and for continuing to create such a special space for artists, fans, and the music community year after year.

I had the chance to interview the founder of Warped Tour and some incredibly talented artists (stay tuned for those interviews 👀🎤), dance, discover amazing music, and make so many new friends along the way. My heart is so full, and I’m beyond grateful to have been part of it all.

Here’s to celebrating creativity, community, and the moments that remind you why you fell in love with music in the first place. 🤘🏼✨

@sohohouse released an article about me! I got to share about my journey and the perks of the Soho Mentorship. When I got into this program I was doing it for the love of it and using the space to stay creative. I wasn’t expecting anything but glad to see the seeds are starting to grow!
Had fun using my @fujifilmx_us camera while getting captured by one of my favorite photographers in LA @bymaxhemphill

To celebrate @doublejradio counting down the Hottest 100 of 2005 we thought we’d share a cheeky vid of us performing at Homebake (RIP) that same year. What a time to be alive! Were you there?

🎥 Five documentaries that trace punk beyond the myth. From life on the road and DIY infrastructure to community response and sudden exposure, these films look at how scenes are built, sustained, and tested over time. Less about icons, more about process. Less nostalgia, more context.

And remember that you can find the complete list and where to watch the documentaries in your region on Letterboxd - Link in bio.

Creative Futures Summit 2025 🏆

So Grateful That The Music Video I Directed “All My Life” By @Braxton_Cook (That I Also Shot & Edited) Was Featured At The Annual CFC Summit!

Every Year, God Tells Me It’s Time To Unlock A Creative Gift & This Year Directing Has Taken The Forefront.
In My Career Pivot I Interviewed For The CFC Program, Which At The Time Felt Like Couldn’t Be A Worse Time To Commit To SomeThing New. I Remember Getting On My Interview Call With @Riji.Raja With No MakeUp On, More Than Likely Just Finished Breastfeeding, & Just Threw On A Hat To Look SomeWhat Presentable (MotherHood 😵‍💫) But Ultimately, Just Following In God’s Footsteps To Just Show Up Regardless Of The Circumstances.
Two Years Later, I’am Being HighLighted By The Very Community That Showed Up For Me.

I’am SO Obedient To This Journey God Has Me On, For Every Gift & Lesson That Needs To Be Learned Along The Way, & I’am So Thankful To Call @CreativeFuturesCollective My Family.
Thank You For Believing In Me & Constantly Putting Me In Positions To Shine 💐

Last weekend I went to Snap Inc. HQ in Los Angeles, CA to pitch in front of over 200 people!

It was a surreal experience to speak to and be heard by so many. I felt proud, supported, and so many other things all at once. I feel so grateful for my family, my teammates, and every single artist I have met that inspires me to continue.

It taught me how to show up, how to be a leader, and what drives me.

I hope that one day I can help everyone reach their potential while I continue to try to reach mine.

Love you all ❤️
